It's a weird winter on Prince Edward Island also Stefano. Always a pleasure to see you make a video when you have a blast of snow. THANKS FOR POSTING just wish I was closer I'd love to run a blower for ya
Wow you a great set there Stefano, I work for 407 in toronto as Lead Plow for 27 years now ,I built this highway and do winter work only for them .Our call in Policy is 3 times , Standby is deducted if you don't show up the 2nd time ,and 3rd your out . 150 plus drivers there . I should step out side the box and do what you do here in northern Ontario and do it myself . Very little snow this year so far . Cheers
We've had about 2' of snow accumulation the entire winter, been out 7 times (one of those was below our 5cm trigger) naturally sales have been next to nothing. Worst season we've had since 05/06. Always next season!
Stefano, you should hook up with Ryan of Victory Concrete Services. You both have the social media bug, make work fun through the stress. You two have a lot in common. Enjoy your videos
I’ve never put anti gel in my diesels. Started my tractor at about -20 a few days ago. Turned the glow plugs on for 10 seconds and she fired right up and worked hard with no issues. If you’re having gelling issues, you don’t have winter diesel in your machine.
They will either A. make up the hours they missed by doing dispatches or day after service or B. there missed hours will come off there last 1-2 cheques.
Why isn't your service truck equipped with a hydraulic jack and spare tires at your facility? Seems like you can get a tractor back on the job in minimum time as opposed to calling out and paying a tire company.

What do you use for an anti gel in your diesel fuel?

Great content! What is the make of your jackets? Be safe!
CX2 jackets
Pretty cool seeing this stuff. But is it normal to be that loud outside of people's houses at 4am? Seems a bit unpolite.
Yes extremely impolite!!!!
Quit trying to walk like John Wayne before you fall down and break a hip..🤣🤣🤣
What drone is that you have
DJI Mini 4 Pro
Do you think any customers will think they were over charged for a winter snow contract?? Getting any rumblings from customers yet?
Nope
How do you deal with the people that don’t show up even when you pay them every week? Do you not pay them a certain amount if they don’t make it in?
They will either A. make up the hours they missed by doing dispatches or day after service or B. there missed hours will come off there last 1-2 cheques.
I ny bucket truck only ,total shortage of real climbers

We invest into having more equipment rather then a fully equipped service truck. That tire fix only costed us $100.
You're not a fool stop being so hard on yourself
