Well done again. Building one myself now. And this was helpful. Keep the comedy in your videos, adds some flare!
Good luck and thanks! 👍🏻
I was so relieved you were using a push block/stick (most of the time)! Your fingers will thank you.
Sometimes I forget but I’m human! I try my best to use it 👍🏻
I like knowing that the FastCap tape measure you are using is 3" front to back so I can flush it up with the inside of the box to get an accurate measurement.
Ahh I did not know that! Awesome tip 👍🏻
Or use a good laser tape. Maybe overkill, but who doesn't like playing with lasers?!
(Dangit! Burned my retinas)😂
Let it know that I LIKED the video pre-voewing it due to the simple fact that it is a BUILD video 👏 🤲! NO - 10 tips of some sorts, NOT a top 10 tools, NOT a review, etc. It's a simple, normal, much WANTED & LOOKED FORWARD TO BUILD VIDEO much of us have missed & wanted over the last year or 2.
Thank you for actually ignoring the algorithms set forth by YT & actually making aomeing & posting it! We alllll (well I know I do at least) appreciate this & this kind of content! I've been a su subscriber but this is confirmation as to why I am! Thanks for the great content 👍 👏!
Thanks for the awesome feedback! Yea I’ve noticed some of the big creators I follow do a lot of pushing tools now and it does suck. I plan on keeping the builds going 👍🏻 so nothing to worry about!

Hey. Ray here from western Wyoming So I’m wanting to set up a shop and ran across your videos. You brought some great ideas for me. I appreciate your insight very much. Looking forward to seeing more. Have a great day. Sincerely in Christ. Ray 😊
Great addition to the bench. Looking forwards to future additions 🙂
Those finish nails are definitely strong enough💪🏼🤠
The best way to do drawer faces!
Great job. It looks fantastic
🙏🏻
Love the workbench and love the way you realized after the fact that you needed some improvements to make it even better. I think building one for myself makes sense but I will have to consider the dimensions carefully as I have a lot less space than you. That being said I will be back her to re-watch the videos 1 and 2 to be sure that it works out for me, I'll send you a picture of the finished product
Sounds awesome! 👍🏻
This a very well presented bench fit out, excellent 👍
Looks great turned out amazing
Thanks 🙏🏻
Pretty slick 😎
Thanks 🙏🏻
Another great video keep them coming
I plan on it the feedbacks is awesome! 👍🏻
Looks better if you mount tracks to center of drawers :)
Very good fantastic
32:50 - "getting the main things in this biatch I've been wanting to get" 😆 (had to replay it to figure out your Carolina accent)
I don’t realize how I sound until I rewatch haha 😂
@@eastcarolinawoodworks I used to live in SC so I recognize your "binch" after replaying it - lol
I just watched Part 1, subbed and now watched this one... I still think that even I could build this bench!
I'm wondering if I REALLY subscribed for the craftsmanship in your content, OR was it the humor...? Hmmmnnn...
Its awesome man!
Thanks! 🙏🏻
@@eastcarolinawoodworks Are you looking for a guest in your channel?
@@Mindsaw what exactly do you mean?
@@eastcarolinawoodworks I'm interested in collaborating with different business industries channels on how to rank their business in Google Maps for wider visibility.
Did you make a video of your miter station build. I am specifically interested is the material you used that hangs over your Festool Kapex Miter Saw.
I did not make a video on my miter station but to answer your question i used a stair tread mat and cut slits to act as a flap! Hope this helps 👍
What do you have inside the box to capture the sawdust that the hose doesn't get? I've seen a piece sold by Peachtree woodworking called "The Big Gulp"
@@garynicoletti7182 I don’t have anything. I use to but it didn’t do a great job so I disconnected it from my dust hood and now I just vacuum it up after it gets pretty full which takes a long time!
Was wondering, since you built an enclosed area for your Festool Midi extractor, how do you plug it in? Did you come back a cut a hole in the bottom of the compartment and run the cord under your bench? Or do you just run the cord out the front and plug it in as needed?
Looks good, but why so low..?
I like to be able to work on taller pieces. I can always lift a smaller piece higher if need be 👍🏻
Did you do a review on that tablesaw yet?
No I have not. Not very many people have asked! Many have just want to know about the fence lol
Great video and awesome bench!
Is that birch plywood you use?
Maple plywood 😎
if you were to build one of these for a customer , what would the cost be?
That’s a nice workbench! I’m really wanting to build one for my current workspace, but with it being a sloping floor (back to front) I’m not really sure how to do it. With it being a single car garage, I kind of think it needs to be mobile, but how do you build a knife workbench that accounts for a slope?!?
If you watch part 1 in this series I used adjustable leveling feet on the legs. Also they make workbench casters you can install and make it mobile and once your done moving it they can be removed 👍🏻
@@eastcarolinawoodworks Thanks for the response, and I’ve thought about leveling feel, I just don’t think they will be high enough on the low end. I’d like to get it as close to level as possible, but with a floor this slanted, you kind of have to pick your battles. You did inspire a new thought though, permanent locking casters on the low end, and removable casters for the high end. I also have a delta table saw that I need to put together once I can figure out a way to make it work with this layout, and that’s something I would especially love to be able to make level, which would probably require building some type of stand to lift the low end, which would pretty much make that fairly permanent in its location.
Never seen a kreg foreman, vert cool
It’s awesome 😎
Hey where did you get the stair tread for your miter saw dust shroud? You told me that’s what it was awhile ago and I’m too that step on my miter station and can’t seem to find one like that?
Lowes or Home Depot should have it! 👍🏻
@@eastcarolinawoodworks thank you
what was that blue tooth laser Called again dont see a link for it ?
Laserpecker 2 pro! I’ll link it shortly I totally forgot 👍🏻
Aren't you going to trap sawdust between the top and top of drawers through the dog holes?
I still have access to get under the table top from the dust extractor side. I could have added pullout trays to clean dust but since it’s mainly an assembly table for me there will be minimal dust. Plus I didn’t want to sacrifice space for it. Not saying it’s the right or wrong call but this is just the way I approached it 👍🏻
@@eastcarolinawoodworks I thought you probably had it covered but was curious.
@@williamfaulkenberry5659 I thought long and hard about how I wanted to do it but ultimately for me it was not as important as the space it would take up. Others have different opinions. Plus I was trying to make this video more on the simple side and not be a lengthy too much detail video!
What is the name of the Laser Engraver??
Oh shoot I forgot to add that to the description! It’s called the laser pecker 2 pro 👍🏻
@@eastcarolinawoodworks Thanks & Love the videos! Learned a lot from you so keep up the great work!

you really gotta get yourself some good kneepads my friend - trust me you ain't long away from 'kneeding' them - that's my word - jus sayin
You're unclear about the factory edge. All 4 are factory edges, so when you're taking off the factory edge because it's not square, how are you assuring that what you're doing will be square? Every edge is factory, right? So what are you referencing as a straight edge?
