I could post my theories again but I just wanted to say I love it when people have so much emotional reactions on these episodes, it just proves how good these writers are doing their job
Everybody working on this show is doing an amazing job! The fact that they are able to get me emotional in multiple episodes of this show has been brilliant!
What I always thought was interesting when they decided to go with twin brothers is that Jonathan always had the temperament to be Superboy, but Jordan got the powers.
I always appreciate your open emotional reactions! I had to look up the Milton (Fine) version of Brainiac-I grew up reading the green-skinned Silver Age version and don’t know the most recent versions. There’s no way that was Superman’s real heart. It was too easy to destroy; Luthor would never go to the trouble of obtaining Superman’s heart if he didn’t have big plans to use it for something, or at least to keep it as a monument to his greatest triumph. What are the chances he plans to create a version of the Cyborg Superman character from the original story-the only one of the four “Reign of the Supermen” we haven’t seen a version of on the show?. Perhaps that will intersect with the Milton/Brainiac element. This show has always given us creative twists on the classic characters and stories but stayed true to their essence. So good!
Thanks for the encouragement! Often times I'm surprised by when things get me emotional, but it always makes for good content! I'm most familiar with the green-skinned version of Brainiac as well, but the Milton Fine version was used in Smallville (which I've just finished!). It will be interesting to see how they adapt it here. I like your theories. It would make sense if that wasn't really Superman's heart and Lex uses it for a Cyborg Superman. Definitely agree with the "creative twists on classic characters" opinion. Looking forward to more!
Tom Cavanaugh is going to be in the show this season; but he said he is not playing Reverse Flash or Thawne. Got a feeling it's Brainiac. Also, since Clark's heart is Kryptonian; how could Lex just squish it. Either that wasn't his heart, or they will try to get Doomsday's heart since technically it's the same as Clark's. Just my opinion.
Probably the best developed live action Superman.
@@melvingenao550 Definitely! He's been around for almost 10 years now, and well-written/acted for all of it

I believe in the comics it's Jonathan who becomes Superboy, so it makes sense to subvert it here!

@@Indyoda i’m glad to have encouraged you!
That title was the title of the finale of season 3
Thanks for that! I've changed it now!
@@Indyoda no problem at all, just thought I would let you know

That weird box Lex was keeping it in could've made it weak enough to squish, he did have it specially made to keep the heart in.
Definitely feeling he could be Brainiac at this point. It would be wild for him to be two different iconic DC villains!
9:57 that's not Natalie
I don’t think that was his heart…
same and i really hope i'm right 🥲
