Cottage cheese (पनीर) - 250 gram
Onion (प्याज) - 2 pc
Green chili (हरी मिर्च) - 3 to 4 pcs
Cloves of garlic (लहसुन) - 10 to 15 pcs
Ginger (अदरक) - 1/2 inch
Tomato (टमाटर) - 2 pc
Salt according to taste (नमक स्वादानुसार)
Cumin seeds (जीरा) - 1 tsp
Bay leaf (तेज पत्ता) - 1 pc
Red chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 & 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 1 tsp
Frozen peas (मटर) - 1/2 cup (approx 100 grm)
