I once e-mailed Mark Cuban maybe 15 years ago, complaining that the show "Deadline", which was on his HD channel at the time (there was very little HD programming back then), wasn't on the list of "On Demand" shows. It was one of the few shows my late wife and I liked to watch together. He responded, though I honestly don't remember what he said.
