Mercedes-Benz W212 - the fourth generation E-Class cars of Mercedes-Benz, presented in 2009 at the Detroit Motor Show. Exterior The W212 is being followed on a concept car Mercedes-Benz ConceptFASCINATION, presented at the Paris Motor Show in 2008. Sales began in March 2009.
In 2013, the car has undergone a facelift, giving it a more modern and athletic form. The front end has a brand new look: separate front optics, leading its tradition since 1995, has been integrated into the monoblock; re-designed bonnet and front bumper. For the first time for the E-Class to set the grille emblem mean trёhluchevoy stars (in Elegance executed). Rear lights and get an updated bumper.
Mercedes-Benz W212 was produced in the body variants sedan, wagon, coupe and convertible. In addition, the car has a modified version of the Mercedes-AMG division (E63 AMG, E63 AMG S), as well as third-party tuners. In 2016 he was replaced by the 5th generation of the E-Class - Mercedes-Benz W213.

W212 is still a great car in my opinion (even in 2022) a solid and well thought out all rounder.
I just bought one not to long ago...people ask why I didn't get newer but we all know this was the best looking imo
Ich mag das zeitlos klare Design eines W124 in all seinen Formen, der W212 zeichnet die gleiche Designlinie, und deswegen ist er auch unser treuer Begleiter geworden. Er passt auf meine Familie auf, und im Fall der Fälle hält er schützend seine Hand darüber. Steigt man in diese Autos ein, hat man immer dieses "willkommen zuhause" Gefühl. Unsere zwei S124 sind längst in Rente, sie machen nur noch Spazierfahrten. Sie haben Großes geleistet, nie den Dienst versagt, sie haben es verdient.
Greatest looking E class.Current Mercs dont do it for me....

Driving my w212 e350 4matic since 2011. 9 years later I look at her every day and understand that I’m the happiest person on earth. Which makes it even more sad for me what Mercedes is doing now. I’m sure keeping my w212 (just because it’s pure love) and buying another car. And, dear Mercedes, it’s a fckng BMW. See what you’ve done? I really do hope that in their next generations Mercedes will come to senses and remember who they are and I will come back home to my wonderful star. That’s my dream. Two cars. The new Mercedes and my eternal love w212. Very sad this dream is not going to come true in 5-10 years. But I’m very much waiting. Very much.
I have this car. 2013 E350 4matic Sport. I love this car. Does it all. Commutes, goes out in luxurious style, handles the snow with no problem, and if your alone and want to sport drive it holds the road like no other sedan. Oh and it gets 23 mpg to boot. Plus IMO it's an eyeful of style like no other recent models.
One of the most beautiful designed car in E class. I own one and cant lift my eyes from it. Each time I see it, its a pleasure. My salute to the designers.
It's the best exterior design in my opinion. All new Mercedes Benz are all mostly the same!
I hope MB reconsider and inspire a new face lift inspired by this beautiful design in the next E class face lift!

The w212 2009-2013 is the best E class anyway and the facelift model too. But the newest series is realy boring

Sold my w211 & got the w212 than the w213.
Due to Simply the w212 was better to drive over rough roads & more solid build quality.
I came over to mercedes due to a £500 c220 estate with 150k.
Few years later upgraded to the w211 & now w212.

I own this model, never ever regret about it once..
I drive the coupe version of this car; I've driven 2 other Mercedes Benz's, but the W212 is my all time favorite design they've created.
This is truly a masterpiece video, it just shows you how elegant and smooth the car really is, I feel so amazing every time I get in mine. Definitely not a simple car and it shows the way they care about making it

Actually designer of this car(pre-facelift W212)moved to Porsche.
W112 is THE MOST beautiful design. Over the time I've owned and driven many others ,but this one is outstanding. A thing of beauty. Love it. My salute to the engineers and design team.

They got it right on this design, possibly one of the best looking models ever IMO.
3 years of ownership and I won't be selling it for some time as its super reliable and fantastic to drive on trips.
I would love a E63 so that may be the next one.

This car is amazing, I bought one used and nothing so far can compare to this car, so silent inside. Mercedes should consider this design again with a few changes in the future.
I just bought this car as my first car and I certainly don't regret this comfort and class what do you need more.
I have an E350 CGI built in December 2009 and have no problems with the electronics. I had bought the guarantee and so the injection pump was replaced at 80,000 under guarantee. At around 60,000 I had to have the brake pads changed. The wishbone on the rear axle was rusted through and was replaced on goodwill, otherwise I had no problems. The vehicle is now 110,000 km and it runs wonderfully. Such large, smooth engines without a turbocharger that are prone to repair are no longer built today. what a shame.
Nothing on earth that i have experienced can compare to a top of the line e class or s class . They best luxury cars that are mass produced in the world .

Not my favorite design of E Class but these drive amazing and are very capable in bad weather. Love the highway ride, solidity, stability and seats. I drove one on a 800km trip and was comfortable and stress free as could be.

My S212 is the best car I’ve ever owned and will never part company with him (Otto) he’s the only car I’ve never wanted to upgrade.
Paul my Beagle likes him too, Otto is the only car he never gets car sick in and I never ever get tired of driving Otto. We travel through the highlands of Scotland often taking photos in all weathers and my S212 is great for overnight sleep overs when I need to be in an isolated location just be for dawn. Great video! I own this car, and I absolutely love it, every day and every time I drive it. The interior is the best I’ve seen, the exterior is exceptional. Plenty of power of the Diesel engine, and very efficient 23 city, 35 highway

This car it's so nice designed, the next eclass launches and facelift ruined everything this its the Mercedes style they fucked up their style, lost the brand identity.
I totally agree. Not only did the looks suffer, but I didn't care for the interior either on the face-lifted mid cycle refresh. It was very over-wrought, and had WAY too much Technology jammed into it and that Old-World Benz Soul got lost in the shuffle.
This is the one of the best dezign of w212, I like it so much.

How can you not Love and Admire an auto manufacturer that pays this close attention to detail? There's no other company that is this Great that's why I currently own both a W221 S Class and a W212 E Class when it comes to Qualify Mercedes Benz blows all other auto makers out of the water

@@whiskywife Jeździłem wcześniej japońskimi autami jak Toyota i Honda i po przejściu do mercedesa znalazłem się na innym poziomie auta.Komfort jaki daje Mercedes jest naprawdę zadziwiający i że to auto z tym silnikiem się nie meczy.Moc i moment obrotowy daje frajdę z jazdy mimo że to nie jest małe i lekkie auto.cuz jeszcze mogę dodać🙂obsługa serwisowa nie jest wcale taka droga.W Anglii wymiana filtrów i oleju kosztuje mnie 250 funtów plus 35 funtów za wymianę.Wymienilem EGR. Cena 235f plus 50f wymiana.Turbo 550f plus 250f wymiana.Podnioslem moc do 300 koni i 700nm cena to 225f.Spalanie w cyklu mieszanym to 9 litrów na 100km w trasie to maxs 7 litrów bez duszenia auta do 100 km/h.Auto w środku się nie zmienia od momentu zakupu.Przyznam że dbam o auto i się odwdzięcza elegancko.Kupilem go jako 3 latka bez 2 miesięcy i do tej pory nie wymieniłem żarówki w biksenonah,tylne światła są bez obsługowe czyli LED.Jak masz jakieś pytania konkretne to daj znać?Pozdrawiam serdecznie i mam nadzieję że moje informacje będą przydatne dla ciebie.Do usłyszenia.Artur.
Ostatnio zrobiłem trasę 1200km starałem się jechać 130-140km/h(autobhan)ponosiło mnie czasem do 200.średnio spalił ok 6L/100km.350CDI,C207.Piękna maszyna do połykania kilometrów 🤌🏻.

Mine is AMG Line E250 2014 Facelift. The most stunning headlamps in my opinion. The setback is a bit low which sometimes I hit the humps. No big issue so far. The big investment on 2K components in the facelift delineates the reliability.

My favorite E-Class to date and I have had a W210 and W211 previously. Prefer my pre-facelift 2013 W212 E340 4-matic..more formal front end and the iconic hood ornament....in todays lineup, the only Mercedes with a hood ornament now is the S-Class and Maybach!

My dad has the 350 Avant-garde still spanking new with 40k km on it, he wants to sell it but I keep telling him no lol. He wants to get a BMW 5 series instead since everyone in my family has bmws, this shape is still stunning and the best looking one so far.

All that research, and yet the drivers seat, timing chain on the OM651, and rear subframe corrosion on the W212, Might be time to rethink the testing methods.

Such an elegant car , I own a W212 220 diesel excellent fuel economy better than my wifes small car, i hate to say it i have never driven the car at night. Overrall i would say it is a great car. IT HAS PRESENCE ! but be careful where you park as we in the UK suffer with car park rash due careless door opening from other drivers.

Ive owned both the W212 (E63) and have a W211 (E550) - I personally like the W211 better. Nicer driving chassis and a little more compact / athletic. I love both regardless but like the 211 more.
