Savannah is breathtaking! You can hop trolley’s all around town! Make sure you do a bus tour or a carriage tour of historic downtown! Riverboat cruise is also so fun!

I live in Beaufort (just across the river from Savannah) and I've visited Savannah and I 2nd these places! And the Pirates House for some southern foods!

River Street in Savannah (lots of shops and some restaurants) and The Forrest Gump movie was filmed in Savannah and u can go see the park bench. Tybee Island for the beach is beautiful too! Savannah is awesome!

Savannah is beautiful! We only did two days there, but we really enjoyed the trolley around town. Once you pay, you can get on and off all day, do one loop around, then decide where you want to get off. Browse City Market, ice cream at Leopolds, and definitely walk around Forsyth Park.
Can’t get over how big Ryker has grown. Such a sweet baby boy.

I'm in the middle of the new vlog and hope you guys have a great Saturday afternoon and evening with baby Ryker and hope you guys and both families enjoy the beach and hope Ryker enjoy his first time at the beach and he is so cute and adorable and he is almost 9 months old and he is getting so big already.
Glad you enjoyed Florida vacation with your family Lydia. Yes I’d almost bet Ryker had ear pain because he is getting teeth. Any time they cut teeth a baby can get runny nose or ear infection with pain and you may not even realize it right away. Anyway he is getting so big and as always so adorable!🥰
How exciting!! I live in Savannah, and it is great! Maple Street Biscuit, Spankys, Mrs. Wilkes, Bull Street Taco, and Treylor Park are all very good and popular! Vic’s on the River and Old Pink House are some delicious, nicer options. River Street Sweets has delish pralines! Foxy Loxy is a fun little coffee shop to go to as well. Downtown can get pretty crowded during the summer; however, if you are looking for a safe and spacious place to walk around/ ride bikes, Isle of Hope is a “secret” slice of heaven! My grandma lives there and we always love going there. It has a beautiful view of the bluff, beautiful oak trees and homes, and a sweet little park that Ryker would probably love! Also, since it’s June, it is very hot and humid!
I love living here!! It truly is a gem of the South!!
I was just in Savannah Georgia going to Tybee. Maple Street Business Company is a great place to eat. It's also a lot of fun to ride bikes through the town. Savannah is almost like a copy of Charleston. It's a beautiful place to be.

Ryker is a handsome little boy, he reminds me of my son when he had the peach fuzz. When he got older his hair was a dark brown and green eyes.
Lydia- I used to live near Savannah. For sure- y’all need to go to Tybee Island and go to “The Crab Shack”. It’s not fancy, but has the BEST seafood. It’s not a chain, so be careful when you look it up. Honestly- if they tell me when my last meal is- they better fly me to Tybee!
Y’all should do a day trip to downtown Bluffton. Right before Hilton Head Island. We live in Bluffton. The only time we go to downtown Savannah is when we have family in town. The cotton exchange is were we like to eat on river street.
It’s been a long time since I’ve been to Savannah but you’ll enjoy it. If you have time drive over to Tybee Island. Hope your trip home went ok on the flight. Glad you could get away with family. Your mom is slightly older than me so that’s inspiring that she’s learning to play Pickle Ball. Instead of a hair and makeup tutorial maybe get with Josie and see can share tips while doing your hair and makeup and you can ask her questions. Or maybe you could share how you got into photography and a few basic tip for using our phones. Maybe a video of Ryker trying new foods. I think it’s fun watching babies reactions.

Lydia, I did live in Savannah. Beautiful historic town. It's been years since I have been there. The beach is Tybee Island. There's a lot of different historical places. Look up the restaurant on the boardwalk. I believe there is a Paula Dean restaurant there. But as always stay safe. And the humidity... Enjoy your girl trip.
Yes Paula Deen’s is located in Savannah and it’s called lady and sons. Highly recommend Check it out. Also take a tour on the trolleys and visit the stone street next to the river Enjoy

Enjoy your trip girls to Savannah, Lydia! Definitely, walk the fun shops on River Street. So many restaurants to choose from, but one of the historic ones is The Olde Pink restaurant. It's a little cheaper if you go at lunch time. You probably will need to get reservations. Be sure to explore the whole restaurant. Another beautiful place to visit is Wormsloe Historic Site. You will be able to take some beautiful pictures of the covered live oak trees.

Tybee Island isnfun, a lighthouse there thats beautiful, and some delicious food by the beach aceess and shops. Watch out for gators!
We lived in Savannah 13 years . River street has shops, alt taffey, homemade fudge, restaurants. Ma😢rket Street you must eat a Vinnie Van Go Go’s pizza … the best. Mrs.,Wilke’s Boarding House… really good arrive early. It’s worth the wait. Some people like Paula Dean’s. Good coffee shops downtown and pastries. Leopolds ice cream really good. Have fun!

I'm thinking that it could also be his teething when it comes to flying , ears and teething while flying could be the problem , just try to bottle feed him especially on take off , the nipple from the bottle might help his teeth , the suckling might help his ears...💙
This will probably cause a lot of flack, but to get a little one to sit still for an hour or two, a tablet helps a lot. It would make flying much easier.
Just read the research on children and this. If you care about your child, you’ll change your mind.

Hey! I live in Savannah ga! Plant riverside is a must! Also there is a children’s museum 20-30 minutes away from Savannah in Pooler ga in tanger outlets. Little duck diner, Collins quarter, great coffee/diner stops.

Love’s seafood in Richmond Hill is great. Walking the squares in Downtown is the best, City Market and River Street. Get some Brunswick stew at Carrey Hilliard, it is a Savannah staple. The Lady and Son, make reservations early.
Lydia, when you go to Savannah you need to go to Lady and Sons is Paula Deens restaurant if you like southern down home cooking and The chicken box has chicken Salad sandwichs and other things too is her sons Jamie Deeen restaurant only open on the weekdays we want to Paula Dean's kitchen in Nashville pretty good and she use to have buffets that were pretty good too

Savannah is a beautiful place to visit. I recommend eating at Paula Deen's restaurant. Her food is so delicious!!! I also recommend going on the Paula Deen bus tour to see the sites of Savannah and historical history. I did her tour and ate at her restaurant and shopped in her store that is connected to her restaurant.
Bring a car seat and using that was easier and kept our son in one place. It was familiar to him and he just went to sleep. Plus it is safer for them. Our son is 6 now and we still use his car seat on the planes. Not to mention it keeps the germs away.

Huey’s on River Street for omelette and beignets!! The best!!!
