Common Question I receive:
Q: How do you take bookings?
A: I am a Check Cherry photo booth booking software user and a Booqable software user. (They’re my secret weapons for taking bookings)
For photo booths, DJ’s and photographers I recommend checking out 🍒 Check Cherry 🍒 .

For Rentals I recommend: Booqable (Rental Company Booking Software): booqable.com/
This is what I use to automate my rental bookings track my inventory, take credit card payments and more. I barley have to do customer quotes anymore. Bookings literally come in while I sleep at night!

That is intelligent 👌, whatever business you are into you must be able to do it yourself just incase there is an emergency or persons decide not to come to work, bless up.
You stay classy !
How long does a 20x 40’take to put up by yourself ?
Kinda upset I didn’t see how everything looked when I put in all the chairs and tsbles
how long did it take for you to assemble this tent?
I’m curious as well
if you're in the northeast or near Ocean State Job Lot they have these on a crazy deal right now...I cannot speak for the quality, but the brand is SunJoy, anyone know anything about that brand?
Thank you... you are an inspiration to lot of folks including me. How much time did it take to install single-handedly?
About 2.5 - 3hrs!
@@therentalguy is that for setup and takedown or setup only? Love your vids!
hey !!! good job !!!! i know how hard is to get one of this up by yourself !!! i'm in the same biz for a while, just a tip make sure your tent is tight and don't let it sagging btw the pole like that, on a windy day will make noise and will destroy your equipment, i run a tent rental and props rental in hawaii. good luck out there ! also JACK JAW is the only stake puller that work well !
We bought a cheap tent, a pole style level roof for a 1000 bucks. It absolutely wasn't at all intended for other people's use. This was for a party for my daughter's wedding shower. It turned out awesome on the cheap, bought used 52 chairs and 8 round 6 foot tables $600. Plus all the little details chair covers table clothes etc. Not a lot invested for the family and extented family. So I'm an idiot, my neighbor up the street asked about our tent for a party she was throwing I agreed to lend her the tent free of charge without really thinking. (STUPID MOVE) I'm recovering from hip surgery so I have limited helping ability. Had to go up and supervise putting up and now it's after party heavy rains setting in tonite hope it lasts to tommow so I can get tent back unharmed. My wife has been yelling for 3 days how could you agree to this. I can't believe I admitted to all of this.
Just curious, what was plan B, saying no or telling them they could ‘rent’ it? Tough when its a neighbor 😅
What was the machine you used to pound in the stakes? Thanks for the video. Really helpful!
It’s a stake driver: ua-cam.com/video/fZzDW08SZBw/v-deo.html
Sledgehammer does the same if you are just starting your business… bought my first tent from Homedepot my own personal tent… spent 1000 looking into renting it and getting my money back maybe start a business 👍😁👍
@@ElverGalarga-tw4ccany tent from home Depot is not meant for commercial use, your gonna lose it very quickly.
Where did you purchase the tent?
Special Event Sales in Canada.
How high is that thing in the middle? I run a Professional Wrestling company looking to do outdoor shows. Would you know where I can find a taller tent?
Just do only midget wrestling. Problem solved!
Almost at 1K Subs. Getting excited for you.
I’m currently working on a 1000 subs video!!
Do you have to contact someone to go flag the area before you stake or does the customer do that? And have you ever hit a service line by accident?
It’s the customers job. They have to FW confirmation to us and have the area professionally flagged before we will setup.
It is crucial that you don’t hit anything.
I'm setting this up on concrete
Nice job
Where can I pick up a tent like this from
You can't "pick it up" anywhere lol. Better find a solid manufacturer.
What that thing you used to remove the stakes ?
It’s a manual stake puller. Here’s my video on it.

Very nice. Does the tent manage wind well?
Do you think pole tents are better than high peak tents? Whats the pros and cons of each one of them?
There are soo many types of tents. I like these pole tents because I can get them up easy by myself if needed. I’d say that these are a starter tent. I’m going into 30 / 40 wide pole tents and 20 wide frame tents next.
@@therentalguy i guess i just haven't got used to setting my pole tent alone, but I just feel like it takes me to long to set up. That's why I wanted to try the high peak since alot of people say it's easier and faster to set up.
BTW great videos, I learn alot from them..
What kind of insurance do you have to Carry to do tent rental?
If you have to ask this, you obviously lack the experience required. Tents and structures aren't for the faint of heart.
Trying to do my homework on this type of business , where do you buy your tents?
4:16-4:19 you look like bob the builder...good setup
Haha I should call myself Bob The Bartending Photo Booth ING Rental Guy Guy!
Just subscribed!!! Do you have any paperwork that your clients have to sign when they rent a tent from you?
i like your video really helpfull one video about unpack the tent is missing please upload it
How long did that take you buy yourself?
Where did you buy your tent?
This tent I bought used. It’s from Main Tent in Chicago.
@@therentalguy Thank you 👍.
Where did you get your tent from
Have you set one of these up on pure concrete where you cant hammer in the stakes?
You shouldn’t set up pole tents without stakes. If you are planning to use weights you will need a frame tent.
Nice, what is the cost of this tent?
Are the tarps laid out to keep the party tent from getting dirty?
Yes, you’ll need the tarp to keep the tent tops clean and free of punctures from anything on the ground that may have been missed. It’s important not to skip this step for the life of the tent.
Keep in mind from what I see here you can tighten that tent up a lot more than c you did. That is a high tension tent. Looks good and stay classy. .
Where can I find one
Where did you get your tent
This one came from Special Event Sales In Edmonton, Canada. But Eureaka sells similar called the 20x40 Elite Canopy Pole Tent. I believe that party tents direct, tent and table, Celina, American tent and many other companies carry them.
