You can do it planned to do a 75k 4100+ in November in Taiwan 🇹🇼 but unfortunately it looks like I will have to go back to Germany end of October. Still doing the training plan. Though. Hang in there and good luck running 60-90k 5:39 a week is quite tough and takes a significant amount of time
Such an inspiration. I saw her run 115 miles few months back for Christmas. Now she is back with a 100K ultra marathon, truly an inspiration to the entire running community. She will absolutely nail this run.
Anna you're such an inspiration! Thanks to the Running channel I started running ultra races and I am currently training for Kullamannen 100K in November. Thank you for all the amazing videos and good luck Anna!
Haven't commented in a while but I just have to here. The Lake District is just about my favorite place in the World and Anna is one of my greatest inspirations to run in the World. Coming back from a bike crash slowly but stuff like this gets me fired up. Cheers girl from North Carolina
It was Anna's Tribe Run for Love series that made me want to do Ultras, and I plan to start training in 2024. And I'm hoping to do Tribe myself one day. Anna, you're still my favorite presenter!
Dear Anna, fantastic effort! And you briefly pointed out something that I think is very important and kind of special about trail running and the trail running community as such: it IS for everyone. Everyone is welcome, regardless of where they are on their own running journey, it is inherently non-elitist, helpful and even during races there is more of a spirit of "being in this together" than racing against someone. I do believe a large amount of that attitude and atmosphere comes from mainly two things, (a) the lack of ridiculous amounts of prize money, which really helps to keep the kind of people away who have no interest in trail running beyond money and "beating everyone else" and (b) wholesome people like you, who celebrate the true spirit of trail running. Best of luck for your race!
Currently training to take it from doing a 5k to 10k. Did my first "long" run this weekend (7.5k) and discovered a beautiful trail in the woods. It was so magical! That's why I love trail running and I hope I'll be able to do more trailruns in the future!
I wish this was a longer video. I enjoy your videos about ultras. Please do more of them. Longer and more detailed please. You are the best. Amo relatable.
Lovely to see you back Anna, you’re missed! I was to do my first Ultra in July with the Serpents trail 50km but I got COVID 2 days before. I was gutted so am looking for my next Ultra race now. Best of Luck with your race🤗🤗🤗
So inspiring! I can't even fantom the distance just yet, but if I've learned anything in training so far, it's that our bodies are capable of so much more than we think - it's just about putting in the time to train. So who knows? Maybe one day? Good luck with the race, Anna! Have fun!
I was thinking the other day that I hadn’t seen you on here for a while.. glad you’re still part of the TRC challenges.. sounds like an interesting run you’ve picked, you’ve never picked easy. Love the lakes, I’ve done a few mountain marathons in Snowdon, but not managed a Lakes marathon yet, only a few long halves that have been fun.. wish I lived closer to get there for visiting and training. Have a few ultras on the south coast and Wales early next year, but think I wanna do the lap as my first Lakes ultra 🤔 but I’ll have see what my achy ankle is gonna allow me to do.🤞🏼 Good luck with your training!
I've been looking forward to hearing about Anna's ultra! What a beautiful place for it! Am excited to see the next episode, whether it's 2nd training video or the race itself

Awesome video! I'm doing my longest run to date this weekend: 15k trail race. Then, doing a version of a backyard ultra for the first time 3 weeks later. 😊

what a beautiful place to run/walk. I'm currently working on improving my fitness up to 10k, and then plan on getting to half marathon, I love the idea of an ultra but it feels so far above my current ability. I look forward to seeing/hearing how the ultra goes! You're absolutely smashing it
I am aiming to do a 50k this upcoming spring. This will be my 2nd one. At age 56 I am trying to encourage my grandchildren that anything is possible. Dream be. You can do this Anna
Always great to see you on here Anna. You inspired me to do my first ever Ultra, which I did in 2022. It was The Big Bear Cannock 50k, which I did again this this year and noticed you wear there also. Best of luck for this Ultra, I hope it all goes well.
Anna, I love seeing all of your ultra adventures! I tried my first trail race last year, and although it was really fun, running at night and having to wade through a river up to my knees was not the best experience. I will be trying other trail races as soon as I can find one that is a bit less adventurous.
This looks so beautiful, good luck with your training and for the race of course! I'd love to do a 50k race next year, but as of yet the furthest I've run is a half marathon (two this year actually), so I'll be doing a 30k trail run next week and try to build up to the marathon distance and then sign up and train for a 50k trail race sometime next year.

A couple of years ago when I started running and realized I prefer distance to speed, I set a lofty goal of running a 60k in the year I turned 60. I did a marathon last year and then fell out of running oomph. But just today I've decided to renew my goal and have spent a few hours today trying to decide how to train for my 60k in 2024. Thank you ☺️ Rachel, who filmed with me, is a very talented videographer ❤
Good luck Anna. Really enjoy following your running journey - a great inspiration and role model! ❤
Having a go at the Ladybower 50k next month, been injured for the last couple of months so hoping to just get round it and more importantly ENJOY IT 😁😁
Not only inspirational, but you look like you genuinely enjoy what you are doing. The only presenter worth watching on this channel .Gone downhill (no pun intended) since you stepped down from being a regular presenter.
I woz thinking this Anna is not in as many vids now
loving the harrier poles and vest :D, i cant go without them :D
A couple of years ago when I started running and realized I prefer distance to speed, I set a lofty goal of running a 60k in the year I turned 60. I did a marathon last year and then fell out of running oomph. But just today I've decided to renew my goal and have spent a few hours today trying to decide how to train for my 60k in 2024. Your video is perfect timing!
