I know that Cricut is not always perfect, but I truly love mine and if I don’t use it at least once a week, I’m either sick or out of town. And I am grateful to Cricut for the ability to make almost anything that comes into my head!
Really appreciate this video especially after Tanner's most recent video (s) about holding Cricut accountable. I follow at least a dozen other crafting channels that feature Cricut machines and none of them have taken up the banner to hold Cricut accountable. Makers Gunna Learn are the MVP.s. And very grateful you all are not just fighting the good fight but also providing direct support to users as a gap measure. While Cricut gets its life together re: Design Space. RESPECT ✊🏾❤
You can access the custom materials screen in settings under the machines tab select custom material settings click start then select your machine, there you can edit or add materials (all the way at the bottom) there are a ton of materials listed. Keep up the great work.
These are great suggestions! However, just to be on the "safe side" I would suggest not using a discount blade until the machine is out of warranty- which is only about a year anyway. But that's just me. 😊 Tfs!
Custom material setting? You can also find that menu just a couple items below calibrating your machine. Saw that on another video I watch and said to myself why didn’t I know this? Print then cut too shiny and not being read? I saw that you can put a price of Matt tape such as scotch brand magic tape over the registration marks and that will cut the shine and allow the cricut to scan
Can you give tips later in a video about the dang rollers drying out. I called Cricut and they did give me a few tips even though I was out of warranty but hope you have tips too. I just don’t want to buy another machine yet if possible
My makers lid is making a popping noise like a gear is stripping and the door won’t open. I’ve had it since 2021 with minimal use. I called Cricut technology support. They said of course it’s not in warranty and I asked how to fix it and they said they were sorry and they could not help me. Customer service sucks. Don’t know how you had amazing support. They were not helpful at all😡
I'm not sure if I can call the customer service since I live outside of America and my country doesn't have cooperation with cricut (but hopefully in near future) so I don't know who I can contact if I have a problem. Luckily we have a Facebook community that are very helpful in giving tips and advice. I love your videos and content.
Love what you guys do and all info you guys do.. sorry to say, one thing drives me crazy, I can lip read, and watching, your voice over is off. My OCD kicks in. Lol Just wanted to mention that. Love you all. And I love my cricut. I will check this out. Thanks for Sharing.
I have a few questions that I know you can answer because you are basically a cricut encyclopedia 😅- what would be the best way to reach you - is about pressure my mats are getting destroyed no matter the setting 😭 I’m guessing is material and pressure combos - new cricut user here please help - btw love your videos

I called Cricut because my machine wouldn't calibrate. It was 8 days before my warranty expired and they sent me a replacement machine.

You gave a lot of great tips. I agree Cricut is very helpful, o've called a couple of times and they walk you through everything.
Thank for adding material to material section.😊

What do you mean there isn't cooperation with circuit? If you can call a US number it should work. You can also search their site for an email address
Sound advice. 👍🏻

Are you choosing the right material that matches the actual material you are using?

Sure...no help or support for known roller issues, no support
