Hello, I made the dosa batter exactly as you said yesterday except adding yeast to it. It took around 20 hours for me here in Sweden to ferment. It turned out perfect. Crispy dosa from home made batter. I will try idli next time. Thank you for the recipe with basmati rice.
Cooked rice can be basmati right? One more thing, how much water, approximately, did you add to grind the rice? Thank you so much for this video. Being in a different country, it's difficult to find the exact type of rice for dosa/idli 😊
First of all Thank you for the support. Of course you can use any rice cooked. And about water, add accordingly to get thick final batter with pourable consistency.
