BEAUTIFUL hill, although it is not among the seven main ones in Rome.
Beautiful groves with a paradise of cicadas that increase the beauty of the place with their deafening song.
Not in vain, the famous italian composer, Ottorino Respighi, wrote the third movement of his great work " The pines of Rome ", namely " The Gianicolo Pines", taking inspiración from the pines trees that can be seen, in the light of the moon, on that hill.
Beautiful ancient Roman sarcophagus, although human death, in itself, does not have great beauty.
Thank you for showing us the view of Rome Torcuato Tasso had.
Rome, architecturally, has not changed much. It's nice to know that Rome doesn't build big buildings, let alone skyscrapers.
Brazil owes Garibaldi an Rome owes Anita Garibaldi.
And Argentina, in large part, to the italian colony.
The enormous number of buildings that the Catholic church has, not only in Rome, but throughout the world, shows us that from Imperial Rome it passed to Papal Rome.
The Roman Catholic priests are lazy and the churches do not open very much , because there not many parishioners anymore, but tourists.
Thank yoy very much for showing us different places in Rome that are not shown in the videos.
How do you deal with the heat?
    Greetings.

Thanks Juan for the nice comment that I really appreciate. 😌🙂 I face the heat with a hat and a bottle of water always at hand. Greetings. 🙂👍

Beautiful video. Looks like Sant'Onofrio is closed for restorations. It would be great if you visited this church in the future. When we visit Rome we always plan ahead to know the hours when the churches are open. We have rarely been disappointed with churches being closed. Calling all priests lazy is rather harsh. We often talk to the priests taking care of these beautiful ancient buildings. Many of them have multiple duties that are sometimes humanly impossible e.g running shelters for the homeless, distributing food to families, visiting hospitals and old age homes. These sacrifices that the priests, monks, friars and nuns offer to the most vulnerable of societies are often overlooked but should be appreciated . Thank you once again, Roman Impero for all your hard work.

Dear Chaterine, I always think it depends on person to person. There are willing priests and others irritable and indolent, I know something .. 🙂😏 Thanks for the comment, it's always a pleasure. 😉

Exactly! There are excellent teachers and some lazy teachers. There are excellent lawyers and some lazy lawyers. That's why we should never underestimate the merit of a certain profession in our society. As always, looking forward to your next video! Mille Grazie!

It is certainly a very beautiful area - is it cooler up there? Did the Romans live there? There doesn’t seem to be any ancient ruins.

There were Romans, indeed it is thought to have been the first settlement, even before the foundations on the Palatine Hill from which Rome was born. The climate is a little cooler because it is more windy, but it is little changed as it is not an excessively high hill. 🙂

Jolie promenade !

C'est gentil merci 😃. Mes commentaires me viennent spontanément sur votre chaîne.
