Tears of the Kingdom I certainly wouldn't
have a problem with that. Additionally, it would be really cool if you did something like this with more BOTW enemies and bosses.

Hmm, I wonder if an Iron Sledgehammer would work well here? It's got an effect that causes it to do 4x usual damage against ore deposits, including those used as weakpoints by Stone Taluses. So if you boost it to +120 damage with glitches or hacks, and use attack up armour, that might JUST about make this guy's health manageable to deal with.
Either way, interesting video, and one that makes us imagine what a REAL Talus Titan would be like (and not just the one in the vanilla game's DLC)
The great cobblestone crusher has the same effect with a higher base damage

@@idontwantahandlethough on the bright side, it's probably gonna be easier for modders to put it in from the experience of now!
We'll probably have to wait for Breath of the Kingdom's Four Swords for that and who knows when that will be.
@@idontwantahandlethough doesnt seem fair to blame that on Nintendo. Considering that modders are only able to make it run because they have pc with wat more power than the switch, and the only open world game of botws caliber with true multiplayer was ass creed unity which was… ass

BoTW needed something like this: huge bosses that render from far away. The same way a player is intrigued to explore based on the landscape, they should also be by what roams upon it. Hinox and Lynels are great, but I want something *bigger* , and hopefully a worthy opponent as well. All things we hope to get in its sequel

I hope something similar to that shows up in TotK. There's that clip of a Moblin base attached to a Talus so maybe between that and the game's massive increase in potential verticality will give someone the idea for Big Ol' Talus, Master of Bigness or some other Shadow of the Colossus shenanigans. Oooh, maybe we can get a crossover where Link and Wander test who's the best climber and see who's hand snaps off first from the strain of being flung and flapped around a skyscraper-size-monster's head at mach 4 while desperately hanging on in the hopes of stabbin' the Glowy Bit.

Yeah the last time I played that and I encountered two golems I thought it was a boss for a sec then I noticed they just mini bosses also it has good battle music when you encounter a golem 👍

This should definitely be in TOTK. Beef those rocks up. Giga Talus. Even 2x size would be cool. But 3x 5x 7x & 10x versions would be incredible. With the different varieties and with the monster camps on them. Now that would be sick af. But the camera definitely needs to be fixed

I think you could exploit it with mid air arrows so you can shoot more arrows within a small amount of time, my personal preference for a bow is the savage lynel bow because not only does one single shot would use 5 arrows for the price of on but it would mean a well aimed shot can count as 5 individual arrow damage.
So you can take advantage of both your stamina amount as well as ravalie’s scale to be able to send out a barrage of bomb arrows or guardian arrows to be able to do a huge amount of damage.
This was my way to destroy savage lynels in a short period of time in order to harvest their equipment.

since game theory did not do a video on our game Zardy's maze i asked him in to do a episode trying to figure out the lore i hope he accepts the challenge to do a episode on it and i wish the best of luck to you and your game's sequel.
It might not be possible with the current mod tools but I think the giant talus should have slower animation speeds to balance out how much it moves
If you ask me this should have been a thing in the game from the get-go like say you run around the map and destroy all the talus' then the earth shakes and your tasked with finding the source, it could be up on one of the mountains
When defeated, this thing should drop enough gems for Link to open his own jewelry store.

Use cobble crusher or a sedge hammer it will be very useful against tallus

REMEMEBER! Eiji Aounuma is a huge Shadow of the Colossus fan so i wouldnt be surrprised if thats why he had stone talus be in the game. Also why there are new variants in the new TofK game!

I have no clue if the very apparent lag is because of the multiplayer mod, the parsec connection, the recording on either side, or because of the astronomically massive size of the talus dear god

The thought of a mountainish looking thing coming to life reminds me of the adamantoise from ff15
I was more hoping for three Ancient Talus variants. Mountain, Glacier, and Volcano. Each would have similar yet different attacks(Boulders, Giant Snowball, and Lava Bombs) and look similar.

I am now absolutely OBSESSED with the idea of throwing people who have never played/know very little about botw into the multiplayer mod.
Imagine a 2v2: experts hunt noobs or vise versa!! Or like teams with 1 expert with a newbie and they have to work together to try and win first but the experts can't say/do certain things. I can only imagine the hilarity!!!
