scaling Zardy up makes me think of how cool a giant monster would be for zardy's maze 2. Something massive, but also slow. Not scary because it's sneaking around and could suddenly pop out, but because of the inevitability of it. You see it rise up in the distance and you know It's coming for you, there's no way to stop it coming for you, and you can always see it coming for you.
I imagine it would be more of a 'support' enemy. The speed and visibility would mean it would be very easy to avoid by itself, but when you're being chased and this thing lumbers through and blocks off an entire junction, it becomes a much more serious threat.

if you want that experience, bowsers fury is the way to go. you could hide and wait for him to go away (at least until later on, but I won't spoil what happens) or you could enjoy the challenge of navigating the world while bowser constantly cuts you off and scares the hell outta you
I can imagine a challenge in the second game just called something like “oops all Jacks” where all the enemies are just replaced with pumpkin jacks

I'd imagine the stampede with out invisibility would be like a bullet hell as you try to dodge all of the sprinting pumpkin jacks.
Honestly, the sneaking up on the player but zooming off out of view in the corner of your eye if you look directly at it at it could make for a terrifying sneaky monster.

The truth is that for me Zardy is one of the best horror characters in video games, I'm very fond of him. I'm super grateful to the game and the FNF mod, but a question that still doesn't leave me alone today is...

breaking your own game is a developer thing and a play Tester thing so you are good doing this. also this makes great content
Some of these should be in Zardy 2 if it truly does exist, imagine a giant Zardy crawling his way to you, a freaky enemy running through the corn like the demented straw-stuffed psycho it is, and Jack army.

The giant Zardy actually seems like an excellent concept for a horror game in itself. Go about your tasks as an utter eldritch behemoth looms over you, praying to god it doesn’t actually take notice of you.

I had this idea for "pumpkin moon". When a special alarm placed around the maze goes off, the moon appears in they sky. You can hide underneath corrugated tin roofs around the maze. The moon will scan the entire maze, and you can avoid this by hiding either under a roof or in the corn, a more riskier move. Once the moon finishes scanning it will turn back into a regular moon. Those green vines making a box around the maze will also retract when this happens. You can destroy the motion sensors, but it is risky.
All other entities (but Zardy) will freeze upon the pumpkin moon's appearance.
What if Zardy's Maze (2) had a speedrun-type challenge in which there are no enemies in the maze at the start, but a small army of Pumpkin Jacks is placed far offscreen? But...would they need a special tag on order to be active when they're blocked out of the player's line of sight by maize?

The pumpkin jacks running to the maze just make me think it’s from Braveheart.
The spinning zardy edit could make an great enemy like they move in a circle around you and you have to look at them 5 times to make them go away and you have 10 seconds to do so or they'll kill you and they have the appearance of an humanoid crow named Trevor.

Hey Swankybox! I got a suggestion! If you ever decide to make an update to Zardys Maze again, you should make it to where the axe can stun the enemy, Makeing the game a little more realistic, same with Zardys maze 2 if the axe returns
