The U.S. needs to counter these laws with sovereignty laws. No U.S. based company should be subject to any social justice law of other countries. If the E.U. tries to fine the company, the U.S. should start tariffs on the products from the E.U. Then, invoke boycotts of the products from the E.U. countries. The U.S. is a sovereign nation and needs to protect their sovereignty from these foreign adversaries. We should never allow any other nation or organization to dictate or influence our laws, business practices or even our views of anything.

This is disgusting. As someone who owns an international company in the food industry, actually working with those "poor farmers" in Mexico. Getting them to achieve the food safety standards/human rights standards that are already enforced to import to the US, is a huge money/brain/beaucratic drain. Although it is important to adhere to food safety standards 100%. To think of having to enforce DEI on cultures that are conservative and reject this is morally disgusting. Also the amount of cost that will go into this, in auditing companies etc. It will all go back on consumers. These people are out of control. It is a complete disrespect of other cultures and values, just like the Paris opening ceremony was. It will only make the masses poorer. Such an overreach by Europe to try to help their failing economies. Currently they have 3 hours of electricity a day. If you can't survive on the paltry amount of government-issued food, there's more available--but it costs a month's salary for a bag of chicken. Now people aren't allowed to carry in a package for someone else--nothing is being allowed into the country unless it's for personal use. Other goods, such as clothing, are only issued once a year. If they run out before you get to the front of the line--sorry, Charlie. And they're likely to run out, because theft is so rampant (it's the only way people can survive--steal and resell). For example they may not win public contracts in the EU if they are not in compliance. I live in EU and what is going on here is rediculous. As Americans, we dont often pay the "real" cost of our food because corn/grains (all the products that come from those) is kept cheap with the numerous subsidies farmers are paid. The real solution is shopping with your local farmer that you know farms sustainably. Your dollars are your vote for the future.
A lot of the farms are of business. Waldrof Md had a lot of farms. They tried to fight and lost. Their land is all weeds that were corn.
What is " sustainable farming", cuz I've seen where govt laws drive the small farmer out of business by enforcing silly rules.

Target was one of the first stores to state that they would allow men to use women’s bathrooms. That was at least ten years ago and when I stopped shopping at Target unless it was an emergency.

It may not change the circumstances of the world & even the circumstances of our situation but by accepting the gospel that their lives & souls were bought and paid for by Jesus Christ on the cross it gives us a peace that no matter what is happening the good, the bad, and the ugly that Christ is in control & by believing in Him we will be saved either when He returns or calls us home.
The whole reason for our existence as humans is to worship & glorify God. For those that are lost there is no hope or peace in this world or next….. I live in EU and what is going on here is rediculous. The thing is there is no politics any more, it's just a show for people to think we live in democracy and choose our gouverments, but there is no democracy and no gouvernments with power, they all just sign and agree with what someone who we don't see or know makes them sign and agree with. No polititian has the actual power to choose anything, they all do what they have to do. Just like no polititian had any power and no scientist had any credibility during covid if they wanted to handle the situation any different from what was istructed, that is when I saw how powerless they all were. It is that way with all big and important new laws, people just refuse to see and belive we are not free people in free countries any more.
