It looks as though an update either through Ableton or Push firmware that allows you to select Classic, 1-Shot, or Slice directly from Push. Furthest knob on the right that says "Mode".
By the way when you clock on MAP in the rack you can adjust the chain which the 3 simplers are grouped in to have a max of 2 and a min of 0. And if you adjust the chain so each simpler sits on 1 bar each then you will only scroll the chain between 0 (which is the bar the Classic simpler preset is on) up to 2 (which the Slicer simpler preset is on) and then it can display whether u are on the chain between 0,1 or 2. Which is more convenient then having to remember 0-54 for the classic simpler, 55-85 for the one shot simpler etc. I hope that made sense. I might shoot a quick video on it.
Great video - but I have a quick question. I work with Ableton standard, and I am wondering if that is the reason that I am not able to map more than one effect to a macro. Thanks
Thanks for this great vid about Push 1. You mentioned that you can't set the sample end/length unless with Push 2, but on the screen it shows S. Start and S. Length, so theoretically, you could chop a sample manually with Push 1, using those two encoders? But Push 1 doesn't have the additional functions/screens for Simpler, right? Just checking... was thinking of picking up a Push 1 to complement my Push 2 for a few different reasons. But it seems like this manual-chopping is not possible with Push 1 like it is with Push 2.... if you could confirm, that would be great. Thanks again for the great vid! Been subbed to you guys for a while.
Thanks for not forgetting about the push one users! Nice little series.

Nowadays selecting the modes and adjusting sensitivity is natively supported by Push 1. Still not a P2, but it's something :)

all of these features are now in push 1 after the 9.7 update!!
really? how?
Well explained what actually Ableton suggested to do. But i miss my old Simpler. New one is messy

This is piece of equipment that will mever be boring or old, to play with...prefer 1 then 2 though

Dude I love you. Thanks for the tutorial
We aim to please! :)
Setting the range on the macro to a smaller area is a better way so you don't have to turn the knob all the way through the range
I chosen colors for each mode, but they don't seem to change at all on the Push?
Fantastic. Thanks.
Great idea thx
did you need some warp??
=
Is the push one good if you don't use samples and make music from scratch using VST instruments?
Great demo thank you . Very Fun indeed !
do you have a link for this download? not able to locate on your website.
