Descaling does not have be that expensive. Previously I used LG dishwasher, now I am using Voltas Beko dishwasher. I still use the cheap and effective method, laid down by LG, which goes like this -- (1) Fill 2.5 Table spoon Citric Acid in detergent compartment and run the dishwasher at highest temperature or at a high temperature (Intensive or similar) for more than one hour. after completion of cycle, your dishwasher is ready for normal use. (2) place 3/4 cup of white Vinegar in a bowl in upper rack. Run Auto cycle. after completion of cycle, your dishwasher is ready for normal use. LG manual is available online, for perusal.

Do we need to install dust cleaning device to dishwasher? The service technician is insisting to buy rs. 1850 worth device at the tap inlet.. Pls clarify.
I also have the same model dishwasher and suddenly I have noticed that brown spots have developed on all the 4 walls of the dishwasher. I use the same descale powder after every 30 wash cycles of the dishwasher. Can you please suggest how to get rid of the spots?
test TDS of your water. adjust salt setting to make water soft. It will resolve your problem. If still problem persist, use lesser detergent. Too much of detergent is a problem for dishwasher as it has limited time and water to remove chemicals.
@@ManishSharma-yi5ru Your TDS is just normal, needing lowest settings of salt and Rinse Aid. Soft water requires very little salt otherwise the detergent doesn't get dissolved fully. Use less detergent and engage hot cycles so that detergent gets dissolved completely. If you use tablet, use cycles which are of more than 2 hours duration.

You mentioned that in your area, the tds level is 900.plsmention the settings of ifb dishwasher.

Yes if your TDS is high, above 700...its a water softner device...you can get on amazon also under rs 1000

Are you getting scales in all type of utensils or only in aluminum??
