I bought this dishwasher from FlipKart for Rs. 37990 and then the installation staff charged me Rs. 7125 for consumables like salt, detergent, deodorant, etc. The machine came with a pipe, which does not fit. The installation engineer comes with a bill of 580 for the pipe! They force you to buy an electrical MCB switch costing 1320. and a stand 1430. Even though the advertised price is 37990, I ended up paying 45205 for the dishwasher! Keep this in mind when buying IFB dishwashers!

Not required to waste Money on installing .call your plumber make sure u have good flow of water and give inlet out let .mine is Siemens it works awesome for indian vessels
My Neptune Dx IFB dish washer’s Rinse aid indicator is not getting off even after filing it to the brim. The machine is working. The sensor of rinse aid doesn’t seems to work. Please advise.

I hav spent months waiting for these guys without any respite. they just don't respond or respond verbally only to tell that u hav to spend more money on the repaired product. they actually wait for the warranty period to be over so that the spurious mkt takes over. they r eager for that. in our yellow pages the first name for repair is ifb so u can make out how these machines work/trouble. i wish I could get any respite for buying these products. ab to kasam kha li hai ki koi free mein bhi de to nahi loongi. I don't enter any ifb shops. chor hein sab.

A request to replace a defective Dishwasher of IFB was made on 26/9/2017 ( Purchased on 26/9/2017).The service Engineer inspected the machine & machine was replaced on 12/11/2017.Thanks for quick response .
ifb is supposed to hav quality products but do not suit Indian conditions. service is pathetic. use up a lot of water unnessarily. washing machine also rolls so as to make the cloth weak. dryer traps so much long that clothes become half their weight. microwave worked only for 2 yrs then 2500/- gone without correction. same with washing machine. spent 3500/- in repairs with no result. pls don't buy ifb products. it's a sham in the name of quality.

It's nonsense to have this dishwasher. Through demo it is clearly visible that it's a time taking procedure. Wastage of our and earned money and precious time. In addition to this poor service if sth related to machine gets damaged. I think self reliance is the best help. Only sluggish people will go for this ridiculous apparatus.

It is a wonderfull appliance for every one...Great product from Ifb.I am using for about 6-7 years...Just awesome.
