I got a bit to analyse, it seems there's all the mercs on the eye wheel, but not Scout, he's still being haunted by that demon, I think the demon is telling Scout to "Find the liar" to further isolate Scout and make him distrusting of his team mates.

HEY!! Member from the discord here and the investigations we‘ve done so far indicate that the liar is IN the group of 8, so excluding Scout. I think there‘s even multiple liars and the one we focus on most will influence the game… both the RED Medic and RED Engineer were revealed to be liars and theres at least one more but we were cut off from our clues before we could ask about everyone else. We know the RED Heavy isn‘t a liar, though.
