This is possibly the best review on this bike. You can find the same bike with a few different names and even cheaper if you get one from alibaba. Almost four times the price from a uk dealer but you do get a better warranty.
I know it might be a bit awkward with me being in Preston, but I have both a Super Soco TC 1500 and a Zero FXS. You'd be welcome to borrow them for a review if you want to review more bikes.
This looks remarkably similar to the CSC City Slicker which I recently got! Although there is no speed limiter, there is a power and eco mode, and it has some regen (not a lot).
Yamaha just showed some cool looking scooter concepts. So perhaps the big manufacturers are finally doing what they should have been years ago. Interesting you mention the dead first part of the throttle. My brother has a NIU NGT and I noticed it had that issue as well. Makes it feel cheap compared to the Yamaha I used to have. They need to sort that out.
Im off to look at one tomorrow, really like the look of it, i always said i wouldnt go for a electric bike, but this one looks the business. Great funky style.. honestly thiink its the way forward
Great video for all the extra but due to the speed and power I feel like it's a little too high in price. It's very stunning and excellent video but design doesn't always warrant a higher price.
For under 4k it seems like a good commuter - but is there a factory top box option? That'sessential IMO for commuting and should be offered by the maker so there's no safety issue with fitting a 3rd party one. I'll seriously look at one if I get a job within its range.
in 40 years never owned a motorbike that hasnt had some corrosion of some sort, ACF50 pretty much stops any issues, for the money the super soco is great value.
The most important question I want to know re electric bikes. When I am putting along a motorway at 100kmh, and a car does what cars do, when I crank on the throttle, will it instantly blast into the distance away from the car like my 1250cc will.
It's going to be really interesting to see how mainstream motorcycle manufacturers are going to do to up the range to around 130+ miles at ahem 70+ mph ;) my thundercat or vfr used to have to refill at the last services before the Bristol channel on the way to friends in Swansea the trouble will be not only this range and at higher speeds but also rapid charging in under seven minutes. Until then I'd stick with petrol and ICE. Cheers
Fancy a Bev Mate? The added weight caused by bigger batteries and rapid charging are a problem for bikes that cars don’t have but the speed the technology is developing I doubt it will take long.
@@marktiller7760 it's that 30 mins of charging is the issue it's bad enough when I have to refuel in my previous sport tourers for five minutes only to be overtaken by the tourers ;) only to rejoin the motorway and re pass them and then them signalling with their hands pointing to their tanks and then feeling embarrassed. Can you imagine if I had to charge for over 30 minutes they would be at the final destination eating and then saying "where did you go to, did you get lost?" haha nah I'll stick with ice. For now. Cheers
Hmmm £3,300. You can get an AJS 125 for about £2,300. None of my classic Hondas cost more than £3k. Range is only suitable for commuting, wheels too small for our potholed roads, i'm 6ft 2" so I guess too small for me. No regen braking is not good. 50 top speed is good. But its a start. Give me a proper sized bike with 60 top, range at least 100 (ideal 200 so I can 'ride put' without worry) and a decent price (not more than £5k?), I will get one. Great review though
Paul Dunne I used a long selfie stick attached to the bike and a Insta360 camera on the other end. The software removes the stick and leaves you in control of the angle you want to film 😁👍
As always with these types of bikes the range is way too low unless you have home charging, if you don't you would constantly be looking for a public charge point and you would have to carry a big old adapter cable. To make bikes like this viable the range needs to be tripled and a fast charge, or it's only for people with home charge.
So you don’t like the petrol tank flap because it’s lazy design but you do like it looks like a Ducati monster Hum isn’t that lazy design too let’s face it … These bikes are a stab in the dark right now not worth buying as a seasoned biker … learners however will love it
I don't think they're ripoffs... they are all rebranded bikes from the same factory in wuxi China ... in Canada they're Emmo , daymak , Tao, vipermax etc and different names in different countries ... I could potentially order in bulk from the same factory and slap on whatever name i want on it
this is not a new design its just a copy they copyed this bike from the so meny bike honda grom rusi in the philippines and the benelli and its made in china there r a lot of things i dont like about this bike and number 1 its made in china keep away from this bike he wont tell u its made in china
Perfect for the back of a motorhome.
Thanks for the video Ryan, I can see you had fun. This is an excellent option for someone who has to commute into a city, looks good too. 👍😀
Great commuter tool. Thanks for the vid. Looks a bit like my Street Triple.

Perfect price, hats off to them. Hope they sell sheds loads. Nice two fingers up to the greedy big boys again.
I want that bike!!

Hey do you know if its possible to get a super soco in the United States?
@@justinerappaport7206 Super Soco isn't available in the US, you're better off looking at the CSC City Slicker. They're similar in size to a Grom.
I disagree, people do in fact design bad things on purpose tbh lol, but I think this is a decent product.
This looks remarkably similar to the CSC City Slicker which I recently got! Although there is no speed limiter, there is a power and eco mode, and it has some regen (not a lot).
Nice, love the electric bikes, i will certainly start building one for myself after my Guzzi 850 build.

Looks good, but I think the range is a bit too low, then again like you said this isn’t really a weekend bike.
What the hell. I just bought it 👍
How is it
EV opinion meets Missenden Flyer. Nice video, thanks!
Im off to look at one tomorrow, really like the look of it, i always said i wouldnt go for a electric bike, but this one looks the business. Great funky style.. honestly thiink its the way forward
Electric bikes are a great fossil fuels free option.
Where you think the electric is coming from ?
Great vid, please review the Super Soco TC Max 😀
Fantastic review leave it up to the viewer to decide whether it is for them or not.
Are you sure that is an inverter , more likely a charger (AC to DC)?
SuperU2tube I’m not sure now. It’s a box midway along the power lead that has a small but noisy fan in it?????😬😁🤔
@@EVOpinion It presumably converts the mains (AC) to the DC the battery needs, so the opposite of an inverter, probably it's a rectifier
It is a charger. It looks like an inverter, but it doesnt step low voltage up to mains power. It steps mains power down to low voltage.
Great video 👍
Another brick in the EV wall !

Should see if you can test out a Zero sometime as a comparison, though there are a number of EV bikes out there now as well including the new Harley.
Hi, can you do review on our motorbike ?
Nice video. I love 💕😘💕💕💕 it
Great video but pay a little more and you can get the super soco TC max, a much better bike in all departments.
knoxieman rust buckets avoid
in 40 years never owned a motorbike that hasnt had some corrosion of some sort, ACF50 pretty much stops any issues, for the money the super soco is great value.
Hi. I love your honesty 💓💓💓💓. Record more videos. Plus stay hydrated, your voice sounds dry. Thanks
I have a z6 electric motorcycle 2000 watts 72v 20 amp what power station can I use to charge it for under $500
You need to test the nuuk tracker
any chance of doing a Sur Ron and a tc max, good reveiw

The zero will I think
I was wondering it very much like a Grom could you use Grom accessories

There is always the lighting 218 that's fast . I'd go for the lighting strike carbon edition.

Well said video. Nice bike but personally I find EVs that pose as ice vehicles ignorant in design.
How did you film 11:19 to 11:42? Did you use a drone camera?
Paul Dunne I used a long selfie stick attached to the bike and a Insta360 camera on the other end. The software removes the stick and leaves you in control of the angle you want to film 😁👍

Is it not a transformer rather than an inverter😂
I don't think I'll be ordering one.
How tall are you sir?
Bruhh people pay for mot, tax, insurance to ride at 28mph for 4hours a day. 👍 for the looks, rather get an electric bycicle for less the price.
Why do they always look so small . These tires and wheels look like for a 12 year old
28 mph !!!!!! Omg! Looks can be Decieving!! Shame. There is an NU emoped that does 50 mph!!!
Needs regeneration...
This factory in China has a different brand for every market.......LOL
It looks like a motorcycle but it really is a cheap high-powered electric bike. I’d say it’s a ripoff.
These are just rebranded alibaba chinese bikes
ANOTHER Daymak Rogue and Emmo Proton GTS rip off! I wish all these cheese companies would stop ripping each other off and come up with something NEW!
