मै 60 वर्षीय पहली बार2023 मुम्वई हाॅफ मैराथन में भाग लिया। मैंने आधा दूर तेजी से दौड़ा।जब कठिन लगा तो तेजी चलकर पूरा किया और मेडल भी मिला।दुसरी हाॅफ मैराथन 4.2.24 कलकत्ता में भाग लिया।18 किलोमीटर बाद बाईं झांग के नस में खिंचाव होने कारण धीरे चाल से 2घण्टे 28 मिनट में पूरा किया।डाक्टर का उपयोग कर 7 दिन नहीं दौड़ा पर अप हिल कठिन वाॅक किया।फिर इंटरवल पुराकर एक दिन बाद एरोविक रन 3 किलोमीटर बाद बाईं पैर नस खिंचाव शुरु होने पर चलकर वापस आ गया।अब पैर आराम देने के लिए अपहिल वाॅक कम करना पड़ेगा।क्योंकि कल अपहिल काफी पसीना बहाया था।कोई भी मरना नहीं चाहता है इसलिए आप डाक्टरी सलाह का पालन निश्चित रुप से करेगा।

Halo sir mein 51 Years hai or mein Army se Retire huin Army Mein apko pata hai ki Army mein jaida physical jaida hota hai too sir Abi Mera Heart rate 53 to 60 key bich rehta hai .Yeh 2012 se hoo reh hai kya yeh sahi hai yaa koi problem hai lakin runing mein koi problem nahi hai abi bhi 2.4km run 11.30 me pura karta huin or Dr ne ECG kiya tha usme uno ne Remark likha sinus bradicardiya likha hai yeh kya hota hai please bataye .
Sir, My Age is 39, I registered for 5 km run in Feb 2023. I am walking 40 minutes daily from last one year. From last two month I am walk 800 metre walking + 200 metre slow running (5 set) in three days in a week, 2 days cycling and strength, 2 days recovery.
Dr. Rajiv ji I usually run uphill road for 5 km. After relaxation in lockdown Now days I started downhill road for 2 km. To catch my friends to walk again for 4 km. And feeling upper back pain
In vedanta half marathon, i overheard some excited young runners talking about their HR being 185/190 during the run. 😀. Thank fully , they started walking.
Take a bath after your run and dry the area properly. Apply powder to absorb moisture. See if it works. Trick is to maintain hygiene in the groin area. 👍
