My food habits :- 1. No Outside edible Food. 2. No Fried/Deep Fried food. 3. No Cold/Soft/Hard/Hot drinks. 4. No Bottled/Packaged Fruit Juices. 5. No Sugar/Sweets (Only Jaggary). 6. Eat More in the Morning, Less in the Afternoon, and Least (only Fruits/Salad) in the Evening before 8pm. 7. While cooking food, use only Mustard oil/Desi ghee. 8. Water only 1 hour Before or After the Meal. 9. Must do any kind of Exercise (Speed Walking/Cycling/Running). 10. Drink as much as possible Water during the day. *Right Food, in Right Quantity, at Right Time.*

Sir, I hv been trying to do tempo and interval runs within the heart rate zone but that's not happening. If I keep the heart rate within the mentioned zones then I feel I am running very slow like jogging type and I feel like mai thoda aur speed up kar sakta hu n still comfort zone mai rahunga n when i do that I stay in comfort zone like I cud run at that pace for 8-10kms without break but heart rate jump ho jata hai like 175+. Pls guide how to fix this n ensure to stay in heart rate zone n still run not like jogging type. N my age is 37
Hello, Sir, I am 49 yrs old male and a long distance runner. I started doing practice run in 2018 when my Total Cholesterol was 378. Since then I have been running regularly with weekly milage of 50-55km and monthly milage of 200-250 km. I have reduced weight from 84kg to 63kg. I am also following strict healthy veg diet with strictly no to all kinds of sweets, sugar, soft drinks, fast food, junk food, oily food. I have been taking Garlic empty stomach in the morning and for a change now taking Fenugreek seeds powder. *But my total cholesterol level is still high at 326 even afer being so active and taking medicine Allopathy and Ayurveda as well. **What could be the reason and what else I can do to reduce the cholesterol? Could you Please guide me. 🙂🙏💕
