I love this workout. I am 75 years of age and have Grade 4 arthritis in my knees, so many forms of exercise are difficult. I do Mike's warm up followed by this video every morning, occasionally mixing in a few of his other routines. After a few weeks I now look and feel a lot better. (And Mike is so lovely - I think I have an old lady crush, lol.)😊

I follow the video virtually every day after completing Mike's warm up and stretching routines. Modified my diet and have lost 5 kg - so far. Feeling 10 years younger! Stick with it folks and you won't be disappointed.
I thought my legs were in good shape but that running on the spot was a good wake-up call. I finished the workout but it showed me a few deficiencies that need work. Thanks for all you do for us seniors. We appreciate it all.

This looks like a great work out. I am 77 yrs. old and walk with a cane, but plan to start doing this for a cardio work out. Do your seated exercises everyday. I need exercises to strengthen my legs and hips as I feel and broke my hip a year ago and have problems with leg and hip muscles.
I'll soon be 66 years old recently diagnosed with a low ejection fraction rste of my heart not strong enough to pump out enough blood. I just started your workouts and enjoyed it. This is definitely something I can keep up with. I hope this will get my heart stronger. Thanks.

I started doing random exercises a year ago. Now I'm even more into it and the fact there are so many choices. The cardio and the arms, legs & cardio have been my favourites and not so puffed when playing golf. (two games of 9 holes a week plus three to four workouts is doing me a lot of good at 84 years old). I know I need to get my balance exercises into the mix more regularly so I'm aiming for workouts in the mornings and balance in the afternoon. Making this a regular commitment. Happy to be able to keep up with you and thank you for your encouraging comments. They definitely help. 🙂

hi mike, i have been doing this excercise routine for awhile now and do enjoy it because it is not too stressful for me, as i have very bad knees and it is difficult for me to be mobile a lot of the time. i struggle to get around, but am glad i found this excercise so as to help me get some cardio without being overbearing. thanks for helping us seniors get some excersise that we need, much appreciated! take care, rob

Today I started doing senior exercises with my mom virtually. Yours was the first one she wanted to do. It was perfect. Due to mobility issues, seated is best so we can do the work. This was challenging and effective. We'll be back to repeat the video all week. Thank you!

I also have a weak back will this help to improve my back? I have only just started going out for a half-hour walk over the past few days. Fresh air helps too as i sit for too long during the days and i know this is not good for me. I was worn out after your workout. I hope this does not impact on my lower back but help to strengthen it? The time flew in when i started doing this today. Started off well but then had to slow do m a bit. I am not a fast learner and was a bit all over the place with the legs bye arms. I was sitting on my leather sofa while doing this workout. Is it best to sit on something like an office chair? It won't raise up it is at the lowest which for me being just short of 5ft 3 is ideal. Which is better sofa or chair? The sofa is not one of those lean right back one's almost lying down. Let me know What you think please? I also drink almost 2 litres of water on the daily. Nothing else. No fizzy drinks , teas or coffees just water. Great video.
Suffering from knee and hip issues and wanted to try HIIT to improve my blood sugar levels and general health. Found these seated exercises and they seem great! Will keep doing them. Thank you!

Thanks Mike again for all the effort you put into these exercises for us oldies. I was able to keep up but shortness of breath made me grab the water. Appreciated the 30 secs in between. On a sunshiny Queensland day, I'm cheerful.
Honestly I loved it! My muscle were "talking" while doing the running part! I enjoyed the effort part and then resting! I did the whole workout without stopping ! I
