Mike kuchar I really enjoy your workout I do it everyday and then there was going home I like the beginning workout the best but I have to be to be in a wheelchair and I can't stand so this is right for me I'm a senior person 73 years old but your workouts are beautiful thank you very much bye
I love this workout. I am 75 years of age and have Grade 4 arthritis in my knees, so many forms of exercise are difficult. I do Mike's warm up followed by this video every morning, occasionally mixing in a few of his other routines. After a few weeks I now look and feel a lot better. (And Mike is so lovely - I think I have an old lady crush, lol.)😊

I found it difficult to complete all the rounds when I started this routine but after a few weeks of regular practice it is now easy. I follow the video virtually every day after completing Mike's warm up and stretching routines. Modified my diet and have lost 5 kg - so far. Feeling 10 years younger! Stick with it folks and you won't be disappointed.

I love this workout. It’s one I turn to when I need to reset. It’s perfect for when I slacked off a few days. Gets me going without being too strenuous. I really like this channel

I thought my legs were in good shape but that running on the spot was a good wake-up call. I finished the workout but it showed me a few deficiencies that need work. Thanks for all you do for us seniors. We appreciate it all.

This was great! My first day to try.

I'll soon be 66 years old recently diagnosed with a low ejection fraction rste of my heart not strong enough to pump out enough blood. I just started your workouts and enjoyed it. This is definitely something I can keep up with. I hope this will get my heart stronger. Thanks.
Love HIIT, was doing it 3 to 4 times a week till about 2 years ago, when my knees couldn't take it anymore!! This sit one is just what I needed to get me back into it. Would like an intermediate one to follow this. Keep them coming Mike! 👍

hi mike, i have been doing this excercise routine for awhile now and do enjoy it because it is not too stressful for me, as i have very bad knees and it is difficult for me to be mobile a lot of the time. i struggle to get around, but am glad i found this excercise so as to help me get some cardio without being overbearing. thanks for helping us seniors get some excersise that we need, much appreciated! take care, rob

A few months ago I was diagnosed with a low ejection fraction rate of my heart not strong enough to pump out enough blood. I'm hoping these exercises will help improve my condition along with a healthier lifestyle. I believe this will be something I can keep up with. Thanks.
