I have a silicon popcorn bowl that pops in the microwave. It makes the perfect amount for 1-2 people. Once you clock in the optimal time for your microwave youll never have burnt pieces or too many unpopped kernels. Plus it's collapsible and flexible making it easy to store. And it's easy to clean. I use it pretty frequently and it's held up perfect over 5 years

I've got one of those silicone popping bowls. And I also have a real theater kettle popper and all the stuff to make actual theater popcorn. But that silicone bowl comes very close to the same results and no mess. It's a great thing to have.

A few weeks ago I got the ninja foodi pan based on one of these videos and has been literally game changing to my cooking. We have an electric stove and it can't maintain heat like gas can on most pans anything over medium scorches and sticks every meat for years. Not anymore, the ninja foodi pan really has become one of my favorite things I own. After your cheese and marshmallow tests I was sold! These videos really do help inform and am proof of that. Hey James, on the bottle coolers. I make tumblers as my business, I have made many of the Asobu koozies, I make them with epoxy, logos, glitter if they want glitter, woodgrain look etc. The bottle opener part sucks and the opening for a can or bottle only fits certain sizes, not a big fan of it myself but customers who asked for that love it.

I've had a lot of ice cream scoops over the decades, and the one I use exclusively, now, is made by Cutco. Yes, the party knife company, Cutco. The scoop seems to be scientifically designed to "cut" into ice cream easier than similar looking scoops. The handle is firm rubber feeling and is weighted and sized to prevent the metal scoop from touching the counter top when you set it down. It was about $60, but I've spent more on my collection of scoops that I don't use any more.

I have to admit that the thing used for storing cents, etc. in the refrigerator seems goofy to me. More cane San be stored standing up on the shelf when I do buy cans (I mostly purchase those 16-16.9oz bottles and stand them up or just tuck more on top if other items. I do like that curbed butter spreader as I’ve always just used a regular table knife and the butter always scoots off and I have to go after it. I love your reviews and the ones after a years are terrific. I do have a drawer full of items that I use and a bunch I haven’t used in a long time🤭🤭

Oh, man. I would love to see an ice cream scoop comparison where the hardness of the ice cream was shown. Any scoop will do well if the ice cream is a little soft. But our freezer keeps things very cold, and different flavors of ice cream freeze to slightly different hardnesses. Some are almost impossible to penetrate with even a fork or knife, while others are easy to scoop. AARGH! Thanks for the videos.

Those food storage bags got stained because you should never put tomato sauce into a plastic container for storage. The acidity of the tomato sauce (and it is acidic) eats away at the plastic and leaves microdeposits where it ate the plastic. Eating tomato sauce from a plastic container might be one of the causes of people finding microplastics in their blood, because the plastic is still in the tomato sauce after storage.

The motion activated night light one can’t really be considered flawed because it uses batteries. If it were meant to be plugged into an outlet then you would be highly limited in where you can use it making it obsolete. It should just have an on and off switch to activate and deactivate the motion sensor so it’s not always going off during the day or when it’s not needed.

Hi… I know you've probably already done a review on water bottles that keep your water cold but I'm curious how Walmarts brand of water bottle called Bubba would match up against the more popular brands? I personally own five Bubba water bottles and I absolutely love them. But I noticed after not quite a year they can start to smell bad if you use them for anything other than water. For example my husband uses his for mint flavored celestial seasonings tea and honey and his will start to smell kinda yucky after about 10 months. I just wondered if you would mind doing a test on this? Thank you for all your tests that you do !

To butter popcorn, do you just add regular butter to it? Silly question perhaps, but I have only ever bought the boxes of popcorn. I would worry about the popcorn getting soggy with adding regular butter. I also know there are powdered salts and whatnot, but I tried those a few times and almost always, they lead to extremely painful stomach cramps. Could be from too much salt since bagged popcorn already is salted (usually), but I think I'm just going to keep far away from the powdered add-ons, lol.

Zeroll ice-cream scoop: Still have an all-metal version from the seventies. Won't use any other.
Stir Crazy: Not a fan of the hot air poppers. The popcorn is too dry (no butter) and the salt won't stick.
Bottles: Who ever thought of putting the threads on the _inside_ should be put out of business.
Headsets: They never advertise what size of heads they fit. Same the earmuffs and one-size-fits-all ponchos. I have to wear extra large hats.

Ok, James: I have something to scream at you.
You’re using the Midnight Scoop incorrectly!!! This scoop was made by an engineer who intended its use specifically for “pushing” the ice cream through, to relieve stress on the hands. You have to watch the video on how to use it. This was a Kickstarter and I’ve been following him since. I didn’t go in on the Midnight Scoop during the Kickstarter, but bought it as soon as I could. Using it with the intended method will be more ergonomic and is said to prevent or stave off possible health issues in the future, from ice cream scoops. Please watch the video and try it out!! You’ll also get bigger scoops doing it with its intended technique.
