That would be clothworks Justin although I have to mention than the back face of say a curtain can create serious rendering problems in other rendering software such as Unreal Engine or Lumion. Thank you for this video!

Unfortunately, when I try to do this my new face geometry follows the original face, opposing to your new face being "flat". I am trying to extrude some buildings off a curved terrain and they end up having curved ceilings. I hope this makes sense. Thanks in advance, keep up the great work!
Your video's helped me out so many times so I really wanted to thank you for it!! I'm really having problems with uv mapping as you mentioned.. As a lot of people are trying out UE4 many encounter mapping issues in ue4 (UV mapping overlap and/or broken lightmaps) I would be really gratefull if you could make a video sometimes about this issue!
Well I'm not sure what I can do about this - I think this is really an issue that needs to be fixed as a part of the UE4 process, though I will admit I'm not really up to date on the absolute newest developments...

Depends on how you want to warp it. For something simple, think about FredoScale - ua-cam.com/video/HN_7D0NTv-E/v-deo.html - For something more complex, maybe Flowify - ua-cam.com/video/r-ltGNgZQGU/v-deo.html
can you please try and make a minimal surface i did it and it worked but it’s causing sketchup to crash and i’m not being able to do it in a bigger scale or export it to a rendering software (i used subd plugin to do it)

I'm trying to find an extension that lets me transform (distort, warp, etc) a PNG/JPG image I imported into sketchup. I can only find how to manipulate objects that were built in sketchup but thats not what I need. Can anyone help?
I have an issue with exporting. When sketchup exports and does triangulation, everything gets horribly broken. I get triangulation that spans surfaces that were not surfaces, creating surfaces that were never in the model. I also get horrible "normal flipping", which matters when other programs try to blend reflections across surfaces. EG, a square triangulated with one flipped normal will virtually be trying to blend the front and the back surface on the same surface that should be flat. As a mirror, this results in a twisted reflection where the normals converge. However, if I manually triangulate all my surfaces, none of this happens when exporting, because there is nothing being triangulated. So all normals are correct and there are no "made-up", surfaces being generated. Normals are determined by the clockwise or counterclockwise order of the triangles. In the triangulation export option. Apparently it is not retaining the order, leading to flipped normals and the creation of ghost surfaces in the process... So, is there a plug-in that will triangulate the model, in advance to the horrible, broken, "triangulate" that happens in sketchups exporting process? (Happens on almost all exporting, but the results are inconsistent. Rarely do I ever get clean exports where all these flat surfaces MUST be triangulated. Same for non-triangulated, which my other programs can handle, but sketchup creates ghost surfaces and holes.)

As far as I know, Patreon works the same way in South Africa as everywhere else, though I'm not sure if I have any South African supporters yet or not :) - Unfortunately, I know very little about blender, so I'm not sure how much I can help on that one. It may have some kind of SketchUp importer...
Cloth work is not free plug in and as student I cannot spend huge money on plug-ins(free version don't work) . Can you tell me something else for making clothes
You'd just activate the circle tool by tapping the "c" key, then type in the value "200" and hit the enter key. This would set the number of segments to 200

With a Straight down curtain that works but wit a more classic folded one Skechup goes haywire if you try that :-)

Not sure about top 10 but in top 20 there could've been Fredo Round Corner, Bezier Spline, Vertex Tools & SubD, Zorro2 and selection toys.
Nice list - those are all great extensions, and most probably would have made my top 20 :)

Which vertex extension? How did it install? Did it have an installer or did you install it directly through the extension manager?

You have to download and install extensions - that's why they're "extensions" rather than features...
