Great playing on the fly, bud. You don't need me to compliment you, but it's easy to see someone who has mastered their craft when they can sit in and play on songs they have never heard just because they can "hear" where the chord progression should go next. Very well done
I have been playing guitar for almost 35 years (mostly as a hobby player or in praise band in Church) but I have been around a little. I am primarily a Les Paul devotee and lean more to Jesus Rock / Classic Rock.... I absolutely love these guys and either one of them or both really makes me want to put the Les Pauls away, trade the Mesa Boogie MkIV in for a Fender Twin or Super Reverb, and get my hands on a Telecaster and never look back !
