YASSS!!!!!! I think it's going to be rare because the industry is trying to make money off of buying hair, sewing, gluing and putting hair on thinning, crowns, sparse edges etc., I don't get them either and I have super fine, thin, sparse hair. I'd like to see how that is managed without all of the chemicals and products. Seems nobody wants to talk about that. And "protective style"....protect from what? Just stop doing what you protecting it from..Perms, heat and over processing the hair. I'd like to see real videos about natural hair not with women with full afros thick, long natural hair. I want to see problem hair, how we manage that on a day to day basis and get our hair back to healthy. Our foremothers didn't do protective styles, wore wigs perms etc., they took care of their hair, they didn't need protective styles because they weren't damaging their hair...they took the time and took care of it. Sorry about the rant, it just bothers me sometime....Thanks for listening.
As a woman with a thinning crown area, I am so grateful for these vlogs that demonstrate different styles and techniques for handling our hair. Thank you! The style is gorgeous on her!
Great job! I know you say to your new clients who are traveling a distance to find a stylist near by but, it's very difficult for most of us and I don't live in Florida. Your a true professional and, I admire how you handle your clientele.
It is. And thinning hair is only made thinner by getting a relaxer. It thins the hair strands. It looks good but I don't think it's good for this woman's hair regardless of how good it looks.
I love this. I have alopecia and have been desperately looking for someone to transform my hair. I’m unfortunately in Louisiana. I wish you weren’t so far.
It could be old age, or hormonal. Although my grandmother had all of her hair. I'm thinking alot of these women just wear wigs all day without caring for the hair. I've also had clients whose hair was all matted up from neglect. You had multiple stylist working together to untangle it. They had to cut alot.
Nice styling. Question, if you know isn't getting a perm counter productive to her hair issue, if, that is her problem? It seems you could have gotten that style by a blow dry and hot curl. I have thin hair like that also and I've been told and agree that hair this thin doesn't need a perm. The hair is already fine. Let me now thanks.
@@Elemental_Buttahfly_II Thanks Elemental Buttahfly..yes her hair looks nice but is it healthy, is it promoting growth or is it keeping her coming back to the beauty shop every 2 weeks and 3 months for a touch up. It's like going to the doctor's I guess, "a cured patient is a lost customer". 😅 Have a great day.
I have the same issue with my hair, thinning at the crown. I liked the hairstyle but for me personally its too much maintenance. I would require less maintenance for I'm not good at styling my hair.
HI ROSEY ! GLAD TO KNOW U DON'T USE RELAXERS. THAT COULD SUFFOCATE THE SCALP. OUR CLIENTS ARE SUPER HAPPY! No. You didn't even show the end results after covering the thinning area with hair fibers. So, how can people truly comment? Why didn't you show us that part? Very important.
Paulata Sinclair you’re assuming her hair loss is due to poor hair care like traction alopecia. For all we know her hair loss could be due to medication she is taking, Alopecia areata or female pattern baldness in which all conditions the doctor would prescribe medications that might be topical or oral.
In highschool I had a red fro. Yes I’m pasty white with freckles that have faded and turned into skin full of unexpected issues related to sun exposure. Back to the hair. It’s like this woman. Thin, balding and the red has turned to auburn, blonde and white. I’m watching while your demonstrating your approach. She has beautiful eyes. I think the baseline you created harmonized with her beautiful eyebrows. Now I’m going to watch it again but this time take notes.
Are you using chemicals or have you invented a natural relaxer? Research shows relaxers cause cancer in black women. However, you made her look beautiful.
Can we see more videos on natural clients such as transformations, thinning crowns, sparse edges? PLEASE!!! I dont get relaxers.

@@Samiam173 you’re so correct. We get looked over. It’s so annoying.
Perms make it look thinner. I want a pixie cut but don’t want a perm. My hair is fine and will lay flat with foam but stylist want to perm.
@@Samiam173200% agree.
Let’s see more of how to help clients with the same type of hair loss. This is a major and growing problem! 😊

It's amazing the joy and happiness that even with just one hair curl the smile that it can bring to one's face. Another fantastic job!

Your relationship with the clients creates a self esteem boost! Great job! Kudos!
I have watched 2 videos of you using your foam wrap and it really makes a difference. It gives the hair a great mold and a beautiful shine.
Her hair is absolutely beautiful
Love the way she transforms hair and makes it look beautiful
Absolutely love her hairstyle
Why relax hair when she is already damaged?
I'm sure you can figure out the answer.
Wow! Great job. Getting a relaxer is counter to what you'd think that you should do to thinning hair.

Very nice transformation.I wish I could use your service, but it's impossible :( .
You did amazing 😍
You did a great job. She looks great. GB
She looks so beautiful
The last thing you need with alopecia is a relaxer.
How long does that black dye last? Are clients given a bottle to take home so they can cover thinning spots as the original application fades??🤔
Any updates on her hair growth from using the products ?
LOVE IT YOU DID A GREAT JOB
Beautiful style Marian from Ohio. Good job

Is it possible to do a transformation for thinning in the crown but length in the back?
Looks lovely!
Very pretty stay beautiful.
It looks great
Very pretty style on her
You did a beautiful job as always
Does the Mask It easily come off? I had a stylist use some of that on me,and it stained my pillows..

Wow you did an amazing job. Are you located in New York City
Yassss! you did that❤
Great job 👏
Why would you want to use perm on such a think hair? 🤔
You did it again 👏
I'm in need of advice for client with almost bald, very thin crown. She doesn't want wigs weave or any kind of enhancements
Thank you. Great video.

Great hair stylist for persons of color
I'd never relax this hair! That, to me, is making a bad situation worse.
I know relaxing my mother's hair is like this, the relaxer didn't work. It made matters worse. This was in December, 2023.
If you suffer with this issue, you know perm or texturizer is not an option
Beautifully done!!!
Beautiful!
The damage doesn’t need to be covered or relaxed or cut it needs to be treated! You’re doing more harm than good

@@tashapasha2995 yeah but wouldn't putting a relaxer not help the issue. It's only going to thin out the hair more? Idk
@Lisa T only way? False. But ok I guess
