Thank you for this video!!! You did an AMAZING job in spite of the hiccups with the glue. Looks absolutely professional in my opinion. Love love love it!
my nephew does flooring and he did stick down for me, he put a line of liquid nails on the back of every tile laid. It has been about 20 years and only 2 tiles in the bathroom have lifted where I put a floor heater when we had heating system problems. I will replace those and the tile design I chose is timeless I think,I have no immediate plans to change it. you are brave to do this yourself! I am too intimidated! kudos!
Thanks Patsy! I think I may need to put liquid nails under a couple of my tiles. The old tile that I covered is still well stuck down after probably 40 years, so hopefully mine will stay just as long.
Appreciate you sharing the pitfalls. I plan to grout some peel and stick tile in our basement bathroom. Will definitely have some adhesive just in case I have issues! Great job. It looks like real tile!
Thank you. After all is said and done, I'm happy with the way it looks. My brothers came over and thought it was ceramic tile. I do have a couple tiles that are puffy...they're not stuck, but the grout is holding them down still. Eventually I'll have to reglue them. Anyway, good luck.
Yes. I know it’s crazy, but both my washer and dryer are super duper old, but they both work great so I couldn’t justify buying new, just because I wanted them to be a different color. So I painted them. And the space looks so much better with dark appliances.
@@MimzyandCompany what brand was the tile you used? I know you said it was discontinued but I’m interested in the brand :) how do you know if they’re groutable? Thanks!!
@@caseyhletko1965 hmmm…not sure of the brand. I’ll have to get back to you on that. It has say in the box that it’s groutable. I’m not sure what it is exactly that make a peel snd stick groutable. Maybe nothing…

Where did you get your tile? Looks great!
Thank you, it came from Lowe’s. It was on super duper clearance because it was discontinued.
Are your washer and dryer painted?
Yes. I know it’s crazy, but both my washer and dryer are super duper old, but they both work great so I couldn’t justify buying new, just because I wanted them to be a different color. So I painted them. And the space looks so much better with dark appliances.
@@MimzyandCompany not crazy! They look nice and it made me think of painting mine 😆
