Stripping Gordon setter body / jacket with tools- part 4: thighs

To speed up a handstrip ( ideal for salon pet setters ) I’m using Aaronco Magna carder - extra fine stripping knife ( great for deshedding double coats also) - this is a kind tool ideal for weekly raking ( carding ) and for juvenile or damaged coats
I’m also using Aaronco Sumo raker tool - it’s supposed to be pre-dulled to avoid cutting the cost but I find it quite harsh and will cut the coat - but it’s great for necks and front legs and around the tail area - this tool removed a lot of coat at once
Both took give a very nice finish When used correctly on 45 degree angle

Good Morning Bea,
I have a 9 year Old Gordon Setter "Crombie".
I would love to see him "Properly groomed"
I dare not take him to the local groomers..I do not trust them.
He is a gentle soul not a bad bone in his body.
He is my life and soul.
Can I bring him to you...Please ?
