Plain flour - 350g
Baking powder - 2tsp
Salt - 1/2tsp
Cinnamon - 1tsp
Egg - 3
Vanilla sugar - 1tbsp
Brown sugar - 180g
Oil - 150ml
Milk - 3tbsp
Grated carrots - 250g
Topping:
Cream cheese - 200g
Vanilla sugar - 2tbsp
Walnuts
