I love the colorful sweaters you thrifted. I usually stick to neutral or muted colors but have found myself incorporating yellow and orange to my wardrobe. I've also discovered that I love stripes. These additions to my closet are bring me so much joy when I wear them. I can see your colorful finds do the same for you. You just light up when you put them on 😊
We recently spent a couple of weeks in Boone, NC in our RV and I found a great Goodwill there. I basically bought a small wardrobe which made necessary a serious closet purge when we got home. Thanks to your videos I was able to let go of several things that were nice and fit me but didn’t feel authentic. Really enjoy your thrift hauls and the reasoning behind why you bought what you did.

I found a pair of sweatpants and the knit looks like denim so I’m thrilled -they will work until I can do more jeans research… thanks for your inspiration. Thanks for your comment! I mostly wear 550 and 514. I find those styles to be more comfortable on me than the iconic 501s. I have a few pairs of 501s, and wear them more in the fall/winter because they're thicker denim.

I thrifted a J.Crew Mercantile camel-color medium weight knit cardigan with lapels a few months ago that has been a really great addition to my wardrobe - looks dressy or semi-business-like with dressy pants, casual with jeans, is a neutral color that is good in any season, goes anywhere and everywhere...and it was $6. Advice in many videos is to shop with a plan so you don't wind up with impulse purchases that go unused, but the fun of thrifting is sometimes finding the thing you didn't know you were looking for and loving it, like your orange daisy sweater 😃!
Yesterday I actually for the first time properly resisted buying 3 items of clothing because if I’m honest with myself then I just don’t have the money for it. It is hard to resist but it’s got to be done (I have a shopping addiction). Maybe if I did it once then I can do it again.
Those are some great finds Kristen! It is from watching your Channel that I was given the idea to check out boys jeans and so glad I did! Some of my best Levis are from the Boy’s section of the Thrift store!! I have slowly amassed a collection of them. And they are also cheaper than buying women’s (which I have a hard time fitting most times when thrifting). So thatnk you for that great tip!! 👍🏻🙃

I have both polyester and silk. They do keep me a bit warmer.
