I've played every live performance of the song available on UA-cam many times and all are live, not one sounds exactly the same. Listen carefully people. She’s singing but her vocals are not as loud as the song, so it looks like she’s lip-syncing. Definitely autotuned vocals, notes are going up and down too fast and you can hear that “robotic” sound.
