What I love in her is that she's so authentic. She doesn't pretend anything, she is just a cool, normal girl who achieved success and it's easily visible by everyone.
Its because its in a natural setting where the interviewer understands how hard it is to be a celebrity coz he is one..So she will obviously be comfortable like the many artist that have been on this show but when u see them in normal interviews they arent this free

Her story reminds me on my own. I was eight when we left east germany to start with nothing in the west. There are so many similarities. I'm happy how far she has come. I can imagine how proud her family is ❤️

I used to love absolutely everything about her but even if she didn't have such a disrespectful past her "star power" dwindles over time to some people. Her trademark dorkiness can become a bit much over time.
I heard the opinion that her music feels like "trying too many styles" which doesn't proof versatility but rather that you still haven't found your style & sound and without a clear artistic identidy Camila won't be considered a true or a good artist which I can see being true.
In my opinion her music is decent if not slightly better than good, but doesn't feel like anything write home about for too long. It's just nice to listen to but that's about it.
Her past has probably affected people's opinion on her music.
In summation I would say that her music not being great but just good and her past make a combinaiton that decrease her likeability.
Regardless if one thinks her controversies affect her music and how it is perceived.

This is the first carpool karaoke I've watched where i watched every minute of it! I usually only listen to the singing cause the dialogue is so boring but she is honestly so funny and entertaining that i loved this
