This guy knows his stuff, I can easily get 25 miles out of my LITE if I ride casually.
I just snagged one in mint condition off of Facebook marketplace for $150. I absolutely love it.
Very cool you took the time to show a bit of this really affordable easy to transport bike. Hope people start out with this bike and really enjoy what it can do for relaxing rides and get out of the house. 👍
Wow I’ve been comparing and researching e bikes over the past few weeks and your definitely the best at real world test and showing off real world range too. 👏👏👏
Loved the review! I am 67 and looking at an E-bike for pleasure riding. It is light, can be transported easily, and the power seems more than adequate.
Excellent, enlightning and helpful. Thank you very much.
Great review! You helped me decide and I purchased the XP Lite today in Sandstorm. Thank you 🙏
Great job, as always !
Loved my XP 2.
Excellent little portable bike! Nice review too!
Thanks, good info, nice delivery.
Loved the review. Thank you.
Great review 🎉😊
Love my Sandstorm XP Lite
Great review!! Thanx a lot!
Your videos always provide entertaining content information 👍🏻
48v combined with a geared motor gives pretty good performance. If that battery pack is made with high quality cells, it seems like a good bargain. My Fiido L3 is 48v and geared and gives very respectable power results. 20+ mph is a very nice cruising speed.
Dude, I would just be happy with your super moto because I've seen it in operation 👌🏾💯
I’m getting mine on Wednesday!!!
I got 2 lites love them.
The key IS a bit of a hassle, but you get better at it, and makes sense to be on the bottom for rain.
This is the perfect bike for me, if it was a 38+ mph. I love this bike, of course I would swap in BMX handle bars to really pull of the 80's BMX look!
“David Brand New” is selling a foldable turtle neck post to get rid of the giraffe post (that I hate the look of) and he also has BMX type handlebars. You could put other bars if you wish. Then “RV with Tito” does a video on how to put a front suspension on the Lectric Lite. I’ll be ready to trick mine out when I get it Wednesday!!! I have and love my Cyrusher Kommoda, with dual suspension, but bought this LL to take with me camping! Just to use around the campground. Great video! Your fan, Gail from Michigan.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
i got 35 miles on mine in pedal assist 3 with batterie to spare
I hope to see you review a Vsett Eagle ebike when those are made available. 👌🏻
Great review. I have the lectric xp and really love it👍
Great review. I wonder when the next type of Lectric will come out. I wish they came out with a full size ebike that had much more power that came in under 25lbs.
25 lbs? Kinda heavy!
We have a 20 mile paved loop which we ride at PAS 2 or 3 with no use of throttle. At the end, the battery is around 40% so I wouldn't be surprised if I get a range of 30 miles. Yes, we are only riding at around 12-15 mph but that's plenty fast for us.
I have a Ninebot Max w/Seat (47lbs), & when I bought it last year I was choosing between that & this XP Lite. I’m not mad @ my choice, but looking @ your presentation has my eyeballing it again lol. Good mention on your wife being 5’3” bc I’m 5’5” & us short ppl need to be able to mount & flat foot a bike LOL A real deciding factor for us shorties. 😆
I have both ... And both are useful.. you won't be disappointed with the bike though!!
Can't get this one in Australia but was thinking of getting the lankeleisi g660 imported from China. Looks like a slightly beefier xp lite. It has 400w motor, derailleur and front suspension using same size frame.
I want this to be my first ever form of transportation by myself. What y’all think? I live in a hilly area but I can pedal. And most of the hills are around the same size as the ones he shown.
They're throwing me out of my apartment building with my bike, I got the three-.0 thinking of buying this model so I can carry it up the stairs. The other one weighs 60 lb kind of a struggle ,no elevator💯💪✌
this one is truly portable, i have traveled with it a couple times, crazy light, but i am used to giant fat tire bikes.
First week of having mine and spot on review. I use mine to get to work a handful of miles from home. Full throttle lazy ride there and fun ride home. Only thing for me is the seat is not the greatest being the default one and the key location is questionable but totally understandable for rain. But overall 9.8/10.
Is it still good?
Still stand by my comment. Slight front brake rub that never went away. 15 buck tune up at the local shop and was good to go. So far nothing to complain about. Absolutely recommend@@NTBWA
I just ordered this on Amazon for $249 plus $10 shipping. Black.
How?!!
I would also look at the Gotrax F1 folding bike.. I think it's about the same specs but may be even cheaper.. Not sure ..✌😎
Yes I would love someone to write a comparison on the two bikes
I absolutely love mine. My only wish ( not complaint) is that you could buy an upgraded model with bigger motor and battery.
Try the XP3 by Lectric
You can buy a spare battery and double the range.
I have been researching for over a year now for the perfect ebike for me. I found it. It's the Avention pace 500.3
Fenders. I understand not coming with them, but I'd like to be able to buy a pair. You rode though that small patch of water and it splashed on your camera lens. It must have got your pants and back of your shirt too.
The only thing I wish it came with is front and rear fenders.
That's a single speed or gear rather.. Still very useful gearing ..Not bad .. It's gonna be a perfectly fine bike for 90% of everyone's needs. Just think of the savings on this bike.. Big bucks.. I would get a rack and another battery too.. Still cheap!
Can use you put a larger battery in the frame
It's no Amp Rides powerhouse but like you say.. It's so light
I’m thinking this is the bike to put on my semi, so I have some wheels on my off time.
Great vid! I was thinking of getting this for my 12 yr old. Have you tried the XP 3.0 to compare?
Same it’s been hard to find a bike for his size
I think you’ll be able to go faster if you put the seat higher? You look scrunched up and your legs aren’t getting the full extension.
What if you park your bike say outside the store... can you take the key inside with you? & not leave it on the bike?
Any chance to ship this tp UK. ??
I plan to get one. Does the left grip permit a bar end mirror mount?
Lectric sells bar end mirrors for this bike.👍
Less is more👍
Hey man I have a Fabulous with the Bafang motor and display. When I power up the red battery lite comes on. It goes off when I use the throttle but my peddle assist does not work.Im asking you because I know it will drive you nuts until you figure it out.Lmfao.Thanks in advance.
Like the bike but would need more power. Plus I would want front and rear suspension.
And it being much lighter, so actual useable pedaling without the motor is viable.
More power, more suspension, more range = more weight and more cost.
The 3.0 answers your needs. I am 6’1, 225lbs and zip.
Esketit got baptized
Need this for under $500 😢
I love fast bikes i want power iam thinking about getting my motorcycle license
You do know that your supposed to take the key out tho right?
Gotrax's got a very similar e bike out for $200 less.
I said the same😂😂
@@kevinnashskitchen3517 Saw it at the Area 13 YT channel today.
Yeah it's pretty much the exact same bike. The only difference seems to be the max power of the Lectric is 720 watts versus 500 for the Gotrax.
@@logitech12345678910 Area 13 reviewer thinks that the motor is more than 350 Watts.
Mite be for lite weight persons
7:25 Remember the golden rule (which a typical toddler knows instinctively) - "When lifting, BACK STRAIGHT, KNEES BENT".
16 miles? I couldn't justify $800 on that. You need more range, it needs a bigger battery or another battery on top of the crossbar. I ride a Bee Cool Adventurer and typically take a total 15 mile round trip, but sometimes more and plenty of juice to spare. I couldn't imagine taking a 15 mile trip with a 16 mile range. Too much range anxiety with the XP Lite. 20 mph is fine, just lacking juice. I could care less about a bigger batter adding weight.
Keep in mind that he was really flogging it and trying to burn the battery as quickly as possible.
I'm pretty sure using more pedal assist it could easily get 20 or more miles.
I easily get over 40 miles to a charge but I rarely use the throttle and usually in pedal assist 1 or 2. I want some exercise when I ride. I did put a suspension seat post and better seat on it. Really helps. It also depends on the weight of the rider. A lighter weight person will definitely get more mileage than a heavier person.
The range is never a fixed number. It depends how the bike is being used.
Buyer beware. Yes it’s light but the motor is weak and the battery is small. Just keep this in mind.
To resolve the battery you mention, the solution is to purchase a spare battery from Lectric. This should enable long road trips. Although one should also purchase the carrier. True it won’t go 28 mph, only 20, but many of us are fine with that. Especially as the e-bike is only 46-7 lbs, making it quite easy to handle. Just thought I’d mention this. It depends on what one wants from an e-bike. For what you mention, the 3.0 is available.
@@JazzmanJeff I agree with your analysis of the bike, it is built to a purpose “weight“ and I like that. Just wanted to be sure people understood the two draw backs. If it had a larger motor I would purchase it and get an extra battery. Just my two cents.
@@hobbiehobbs Good feedback. Thank you!
Cute, but lets get back to speed and power!
