Great video. Thoroughly enjoyed the presentation, and the seasoned owners' insights. I have gratefully experienced over 68,000 miles on my US edition 2008 C14 ABS. (Purchased new in 2008 after a hit/run clown ran a light, totaled my Valkyrie and left me for dead.). The Kawasaki has never failed to be a reliable, EXCELLENT PERFORMING bike for the past 15 years. Speaking to performance, it IS worth mentioning, that after a "particularly spirited" group ride to the beach-- one of the crazier riders (on a liter class sport bike) confessed how unsettling it was to be blasting the curves and see in his rearview mirror what "looked like a scooter" pacing him... At this point, I have zero intentions of ever trading it in on a newer ride. Would agree with the comment about an electronic cruise control, but for freeway use, but I have managed without too much hardship with an aftermarket twist-end throttle lock.
Świetny film. Przejechałem moim GTR1400 86tkm. Uwielbiam ten motocykl. To niesamowite jak w zakrętach śmieje się i prosi " Daj mi więcej! Więcej gazu! Jeszcze!" 💪😁👍
Wow what a great video, really enjoyed it. Had my 17 plate gen 2 GTR for just over 6 months, traded my ST Sprint and ZZR 1400 for it. I just love it now, a reverse gear would be great for getting out of garage or sloped parking places. Had the pleasure of meeting Rev Bomb at the super sausage, a great bike meet hope to return soon. Liked and subbed
An excellent video and insight to the biker beginnings of two unique characters. They had a couple of well kitted out GTR's in the Kawasaki dealer's when I was looking to buy a Z1000SX, which was smaller than I imagined it to be. They also had the Versus which although well kitted for touring didn't punch hard enough for me. To the left of the Z1000SX was a stunning black H2 SX with panniers and reduced due to being a cancelled order. Again though it looked small for a litre bike, perhaps because on the other side was the ZZR 1400. As I sat down and chatted to the salesman, those six headlights were winking at me. It was as though the bike itself was saying " Look at me, I'm the one you want". The salesman could see I kept looking at it, " go on have a seat on it" he said. As soon as my bum rested in that seat no one else was going to have that privilege. Although more practical the GTR just didn't have the presence of the ZZR despite much similarity. It's like a GTR with slightly better pedigree and let off its leash. I'm sure your finding that out for yourself now Rythmic 😯🙄😵😀
I have 2021 model, there is literally nothing else to upgrade…. The power, the handling, the comfort, luggage…. Simply great bike all around. When i bought it i was joking saying i bought a sport car on 2 wheels!
Thanks for another excellent video. Something that wasn’t really mentioned was the rear suspension. It’s a parallelogram system and so much better than the FJR for example. The electronics are simply awesome. Thanks once again
I know online, both these two. I also own a Concour 14, 2021. Bought it new and have put 10k miles and love it. I might need need more experience for corning in canyon style riding. I took it to "the snake" in Tennessee, and it was horrible. Switch backs and tight turns were not enjoyable. But that is the only thing I can say negative. Everything else, it is perfect. A dream to ride and fantastic to own.
Great video. I can relate to these guys. I've had lots of bikes over the years but the C14 has been calling my name ever since first demo riding one 12+ years ago. Loved it from the moment I straddled it and hit the starter button. Rode one every time I got the chance just to do it. Finally got my own this past summer. Currently have two other bikes but no real desire to ride them. Love this thing and would probably part with everything else first. Great bike!
Funniest bit is Revbomb obediently staring into the camera whilst Simon can't stop looking at you😅 ..of course all the info re the bikes was very Very interesting to me...just glad you're back doing what you love and serving the biking community with the wolftalesvlog😃👏
Great video! Thanks from a happy owner on Isle of Skye. It’s a great long distance tourer. No cruise control though. It’s not quite as much fun as a ZZR1100 but there’s no chain to worry about and if you use really use the revs on this machine it’s bloody ridiculous 👍😎
I have a 1400GTR 2012 which I have used for 12 years to commute in Stockholm (Sweden) 8 months of the year with no problems whatsoever. First I just use the top box, don't need the side boxes on and I easily filter between the files often by folding in the mirrors if it gets extra tight.
I enjoyed that a bit😉 good to see the passion that Rev and Simon have for biking and great insight into 2 great vloggers/riders lives and how they got to where they are now . Also some good advice for those who want to get into riding although once bitten there´s no goin back guys so beware 😁. Good one well done everyone involved in this show 👌👍
Top job, likeable and experienced riders both. Was comparing specs with my Sprint GT and she's a bit shy on hp n torque but lovely as the GTR 1400 is, am keeping her 😁
Thanks for this. Subscriber now. Admit that I was disappointed with my recent 2008 GTR. Having had a Paneuro 1100 for 10 years I wanted something similar to my previous ZZR1100’s and thought the GTR was slow. But I was wrong - you just have to drop down to 2nd and 3rd 👍😎
Thanks for the tip. We've reduce the music in our later episodes. If you can check those out and let us know if that's less annoying that'd be epic. Cheers bud.
Monster bikes. Luxury continent crushers. I think they quietly outshine the biggest Honda and BMW luxury tourers. Arguably more straightforward maintenance too? By the way, it sounds like you may've accidentally recorded a band rehearsing in the background.
The Power...?!?!? you rev these up above 8k and your eyeballs will widen accordingly...that is when you realize, as told to me by my local Kawi Mechanic...this IS, indeed, under the fairings, a ZX14...
You are 100% percent correct it is a love affair, God forbid something to my 2012 I wouldn't even look at anything else to replace it, I would get another. Speed, comfort, reliability and good looks. Also don't see any women riding them LOL! So, I feel man special when riding and at meets. I hope you guys are running a 55mm back tire if not you're not getting the full handle of the bike. Continue to enjoy those beast's and love the video.😉
Very interesting conversations had. I have a Gen 1 2009yr, bought used in the USA with 9k miles in 2010. Gen maint, and alot of riding, im now with 55k miles on it and still loving life. Various tires, in the colder months i put a Gen 2 screen on it to block more cold wind...I love commuting on it, and i love how i can blast young guns on their sportbikes who think they are going to have fun with the old guy on the bike with the cases on it. I get double-duty out of my tire choice, i used sport tires (Mich, Dunlop Q3s) transplanted from my ZX10r trackday bike. I know the Q3s wont last, but they sure are fun since they are already purchased and only have 500-700 track miles when transplanted.
I had my mechanic open them and with every Tyre change I have the batteries changed. Silly Kawa wants you to change the sensors. Very expensive, no need.
Lol, the guy on the left. At 7:16 He says he misses the power of the zx7 and hammering around and compares how fast it was… then at 13:20 his story of accelerating on the concours14 he says it’s the first time he’s ever had the front wheel come up on any bike he’s rode. Ahahahaha what a joker, sounds like he’s never been past quarter throttle on any bike he’s had before the concours14. 😂🤡
Ive probably done more track days than you've had dinners any idiot can put the front wheel up its about keeping the wheel down and getting the power to the road, i was actually remarking how easy the gtr is to get airborne

can you have them on again talk concours 14 GTR 1400 talk ? they still have them I bought mine from this video ! made the diff -thankyou
Mine is 2021 and I love it! No other bike catches my eye anymore! Like the guy said it is a love affair!
Great video. Thoroughly enjoyed the presentation, and the seasoned owners' insights. I have gratefully experienced over 68,000 miles on my US edition 2008 C14 ABS. I've got a 2008 GTR in Australia, it's my forever bike, eats the kilometres up for breakfast.

Thank you so much for watching mate, you certainly have had some awesome bikes 🙂
Will hopefully see you up the Super Sausage sometime🙂
Brilliant video. Well done to all involved.
I think I want a GTR1400 now 😎. 10/10 chat👍
Ahah thanks buddy, definitely a bike worth getting 🤘

How funny I too switched from a zx7r to that exact same gtr1400 same color.
I know online, both these two. I also own a Concour 14, 2021. Bought it new and have put 10k miles and love it. I might need need more experience for corning in canyon style riding. I was seriously considering one of these until I heard about the 4hr job to change spark plugs. That job is done inside 1hr on my Super Tenere...
Great video. I can relate to these guys. I've had lots of bikes over the years but the C14 has been calling my name ever since first demo riding one 12+ years ago. My 1400GTR brought me here.
Been debating between the Connie the and FJR for my next bike and it’s a tough call… I’ve yet to ride the Kawi.
Love my GTR1400. Beast of a bike.
Great bike mate 🤘

Thank you so much for watching ☺️ we are certainly very happy to be back doing what we love 😁

Thank you so much for watching mate ☺️
The max length for a video to have constant background music is 10 minutes. I have spoken.
You're right! We've sorted this out in our later Episodes. Please don't slow down on the feedback, we appreciate it. Remember to sub ;)
Top job, likeable and experienced riders both. Was comparing specs with my Sprint GT and she's a bit shy on hp n torque but lovely as the GTR 1400 is, am keeping her 😁
Good stuff, that’s what I like to hear, the GTR is a great bike 💪 I personally love the sprints, both the GT and ST are awesome 🤘
Great guests 👍 and nice bikes too
Great bike for a big guy... My 2016 got totaled, but my 2010 Concours 1400 ABS is about to roll 100K miles.
Great work all very interesting and funny
Thanks for watching bud🙂
Good to see wolf tales back! I’ll come down on the his and hers ktms with the wife to feature on it 🙌😜
That would definitely be a great episode 😎🤘
Fantastic episode, it was nice to see the boys and the bikes. I think I will keep my Zzr1400 though. 😂😂😂👍
You’re a smart man Zed 😎🤘
Good advice from the guys at the end there. The old bikers know what they are talking about.
I hope they don't read this 😂
I'll pass on your comments 😉
Where did you get the fat ninja sticker?
Found it in one of the GTR groups on Facebook, I think the guy lives in Wales, sent him a message and a PayPal payment and hey presto, stickers!!!!

150,000 kms still running mint no problems..
how i can get those?
hi hello
i'am the owner of concours 14 2012, my question is what Japanese names you have on your bike?
👑 of sport tourers! 👍👍
Absolutely brilliant.
Cheers mate ☺️
Great quality vid as ever. Always admired the big Kwak. I like that paint job but I did buy a grey bike with fluorescent wheels!
The Fat Ninja as the sticker says 😂 thank you so much for watching buddy 🤘
Very professional video. The whole series is very very good.
There is hope for this channel. Interesting and quality presentation. One tip though, the non-stop music in the background is nearly unbearable.
Thanks for the tip. We've reduce the music in our later episodes. If you can check those out and let us know if that's less annoying that'd be epic. Cheers bud.
Brilliant episode!
Thank you BBB 😁

Just bought an 08 seat is like plywood the most uncomfortable bike I ever owned the motor is great can't wait to get another goldwing
Buy new seat. Easy fix..

I had a Puch.. Mates took the piss. It was yellow. No pedals.. It did the best wheelies.. I have a GTR Now. I'm 62.. Fabulous
I would like replaceable batteries for the tpms
I had my mechanic open them and with every Tyre change I have the batteries changed.
Silly Kawa wants you to change the sensors. Very expensive, no need.
Great video this mukka
Great editing
Thank you so much mate, Ceb is a natural at what he does 😎
I love my 2012 45 k miles and i fall in love with her every time I gen on her❤
Wow
Underated channel!
Nice content
FANTASTIC!!! If you ever need a 3rd GTR1400 shout me up brother Wolf 🦄
Great episode, not sure about those two dodgy looking blokes though! 😁
Bit naff ain’t they 😉😂
@@TheRhythmicBiker 🤣😂
I loved my 2012 but, no cruise control, a bit heavy and the cost of valve adjustments is ghastly!
The best improvement kawasaki could do is make it easier to work on. Maybe hydraulic valve lifters to eliminate the valve adjustment job…
💯👍
Brilliant stuff, surprised you didn't make a joke about combined ages rather than subscriber count 🤣
We know its a similar number 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Ahah agree BBB 😂
Still today the best bike ..never sell mine .
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Bus comment is brutal
What can I say, you lot said it all...way to much yip, not enough riding, BORING.
Lol, the guy on the left. Who cares about how many track days you’ve had if ur slow and suck at riding? How many track days you’ve had doesn’t equal skill or ability. 🤡🤣😂🤣🤡
