  • Before you start cooking the liver please remove the top membrane this will help your liver not to be tough , soak in milk to remove the strong Taste from Liver.
    INGREDIENTS:
    1 kg Beef Liver
    1 red onion chopped
    1 tsp garlic
    1 tsp ginger
    milk to soak the liver
    1 tbsp Royco or 1 and half beef cube
    1 tbsp paprika
    1 tbsp Tomatoe paste
    2 tbsp oil
    1 cupsicum finely chopped
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp cumin
