You make everything look so easy to make, I love it!!! This looks delicious and I love appetizers especially when they have both these ingredients in them. You truly are the Queen of cooking!!! 👍👍👍👍👍👍
I will try this in standard size muffin form. 40 years ago, I attempted brie en croute once in my first house. It was my first party ,which fortunately wasn't well-attended. I had a dirty oven and a smokey house. We love cranberry and brie ,and my pot of rosemary is winter hardy here in TN. Rather than buy mini a mini-muffin pan.I'll buy more cheese. What a bonus, that brie should be served at room temperature.
Hi Catherine!!! These sure look mighty tasty. I'm going to give these a try. Sending this to my family. I'm sure they will enjoy this recipe...Great Video!!!...🦋
Tip for releasing canned cranberry. Open the top end, flip can over and take a sharp pointed skewer or any type of sharp point and poke a hole to allow air in to release the contents in a perfect shape. Never fails, never broken.
I appreciate you so much. You always explain things so everyone understands. Is there anything I could use instead of cranberries? Have a blessed and wonderful holiday season 🙏
I'm with you Catherine, I love appetizers!😍 I think brie and cranberry goes so well together!😘 And all the other ingredients are just a bonus!😋 Often at Christmas we'll have a bunch of different appetizers instead of a big meal!😚 Since we had a big feast at Thanksgiving, appetizers are a nice change at Christmas!☺️ Of course with the appetizers, we would also have sweets!😁 This is the perfect time for fudge, divinity, dateloaf candy and more of the sweet treats to go along with some of the salty appetizers!🤤 I don't know about you but there's always a tray of black and green olives, pickles, peppers and other salty snacks to counteract the wonderful sweets!😉 I always have to have something salty after I eat something sweet! But I also have to have at least one bite of dessert before I eat a meal. That's why I always loved going to cafeterias! This appetizer is great because it has a little salty and a little sweet!👍 Thanks for sharing another great recipe!🥰
Got a question for you. My wife and I love your recipes and watch all your videos. My question is the black utinsel you use to break up hamburger when you cook it. What is that?and where can I find one? Please and thank you.
I was wondering if there is a difference between pumpkin and pumpkin purée they say that there is not a difference but when I see recipes that say, use pure pumpkin in the can or use pumpkin In the can, I can never find the pumpkin purée I can just fine just 100% pumpkin could you let me know if there’s a difference thank you

Yes, they taste just as good, but the dough will be soft and not crispy.
Would little tart cups work as well?
I've not tried that, but I would think so.
