Exercise with Extra Fries Partner Workout with A Couple of Trainers

- We’ve teamed up with some of our favorite LA trainers to bring you a workout you can do at home with us. We’ll be posting a video Tuesday through Saturday. And we’ll be ending this series with a BIG giveaway! So come get fit with us while we work on our summer bods!
We love to workout together so we decided to switch things up since working out with a friend is always better!
For day 4, we've teamed up with Devin and Meagan of A Couple of Trainers. For this workout, you’ll need to grab a partner and 1 dumbbell or plate!
Forearm plank high-five (right and left count as 1) 15x
Squat jump high-five 15x
Squat and push-up 15x (Remember to switch!)
Lying leg throw down 15x (Remember to switch!)
Russian twists (right and left count as 1) 15x
High plank and jump-overs 15x (Remember to switch!)
Repeat as many times as you and your partner can!

Do you have a favorite partner workout that you'd recommend to try with someone who hates exercising but is starting a new healthy lifestyle change?
We really loved all these moves because it's a full body workout! However, it's always important to take things at your own pace and take modifications if needed! We aren't trainers ourselves, so we don't want to give too much advice. But, for example, if you can't do a full push-up, for the push-up squat combo, you can do a push-up on your knees or against the wall, while your partner does the squats. Then switch after! Hope that helps!
