Got destroyed this morning. Lost half my investment in BOF due to dilution. Woke up it was down 50%. I cant count how many times this has happened to me by holding over night. Should be illegal to do offerings over night

Looks like RxRx did a classic pump and dump, I was going to buy a lot of there shares but this has really put me off.

The issue with RXRX was on the CEO and the Board. They proved that they aren't trustworthy in my opinion. You had no control over that. As long as we keep taking small positions in a lot of good companies and minimize our risk, we'll be ok. Still in RKLB and AUR and re-purchased QUIK yesterday lower than where I traded the first time around.

The stock hasn't changed in my view. I still like the company and view it as a value play. Capital Southwest's net investment income growth, solid dividend coverage, and potential for special dividends make it attractive investment with upside potential personally speaking for me.
With that being said though, a stock like this can still go down on things that may or may not be due to the company itself. Wars, inflation, political decisions and just macroeconomics in general. This in my opinion is a value play for a long term investment. This is all of course a view I have for me and everyone else has to look at it based on what is best for them.

Nothing has changed. I had said that according to what management told us in previous earnings calls, we should see profitability by end of the year. Also, we have to take into consideration the intentional market selloff in the tech sector due to economic uncertainty around the latest jobs report and FED rate cuts. Market is treating QUIK with a wait and see or should I say, prove me wrong and I'll pour money. Investors in QUIK need patience and if anyone wants to DCA into the stock, that might turn out to be a very wise thing later on.

RXRX - Mike if the company priced the offering at $6, then they believe that's a fair value. I'm staying away from that one.
Rocket Lab - I'll sell 2 $3 puts for Jan 2025. If it drops to $3, I get assigned. If not, I walk away with my approx 5% gain
