I have watched a lot of videos but you have to be the best that I have seen so far. Really good non irritating beautiful voice lol Sometimes the music in the back ground can drive me crazy too which you don't have and some voices make me cringe . Yay so happy I found you!! Thank you for doing these beautiful earrings!!! Love, love , love them.
You are the first person I've ever seen demonstrate how to open a jump ring by using your hands as a giant - read: easily seen - jump ring! Genius! Your close-ups were also excellent! And your speaking pace meant I did NOT need to continually to rewind! 😄 Girl , you are a born teacher! Ive made jewelry for years, so I already knew that. BUT, many videos go too fast and obscure their demos with poor camera angles, and poor close-ups of critical explanations. Keep it up. I will look for more advanced videos from you.
These are super duper cute! I like how you include you doing their second earring in fast motion instead of going from the first one being made and then go jump cutting to them just both existing. Nice touch!
Excited to go try this knotting technique, thanks for the tips! I might use a toothpick to apply the glue because I always make a mess when trying to apply it right from the tube lol.
Glad to hear it! Great idea! If I would have been filming at the shop, I probably would have used a syringe tip glue like G-S Hypocement in order to get the glue placement a little bit more precise and intentional but ya know... quarantine. 🙃😝
Enjoyed seeing your version of this type of earrings. With this type of woven cord I would use an awl or perhaps a toothpick to apply glue as this type of glue doesn’t dry nicely and would stain the cord; not a way I finish my jewelry.
Thanks. Yep, we’re following our state’s mandated stay-at-home order so I’m doing the best I can with what I have at home. I mentioned GS Hypocement in the beginning of the video as a suggestion because I like its needle applicator. I usually prefer to insert it directly in the knot rather than using a toothpick or an awl, but to each their own! Whatever works best for you, go for it! Differences are what make the world go ‘round. Hope you’re safe and well and I appreciate you watching and commenting.
Love these!! Thanks for posting!!

Love your work! I plan to try, but I think I need a longer cord for my fingers.
That’s a great idea! These knots are pretty easy though, especially with the cotton cord. Thanks for watching!
Loved it 😊

Abbi I enjoy your videos. This earring could you use pearls or crystals with out the frame???
Yep, definitely!
Cool 😎
Thanks pal!
Can you use leather for these?
What size is the cotton cord? Thank you for the tutorial!
Did they ever answer you
These are sooo cute!!! I’m going to definitely give this a try! Thanks again, Abbi!
You are so welcome!
What diameter cotton cord are you using?
Hi there! This kit has 2mm cording in it.
can be easier…confused
I thought these were cute until I watched you make the barrel knot, than I realized these looked like a noose.
