Make sure the game supports chat and check the settings within the game itself

We can’t get the chat to work… we plug them into the console… the chat doesn’t work on our Xbox or switch we have two. Super frustrating. Do you have any troubleshooting videos…

I would suggest the game setting also. I sometimes need to mess with that to get the voice chat to work
