Dr. Ratio probably doesn't need er rope with/without Tingyun
Quantum set should be better with Pela/SW
About his follow-up attack, I see it very valuable as it can be trigger during enemies' turn, for a potential kill/break

Is er rope the best build on him at e0? Since wouldnt he lose a lot of damage from not using an atk rope, or maybe your goal is to break enemies as much as possible. I can see er rope working really well as a support/dual carry setup with ruan mei, but I feel like he might overcap a bit on energy due to skilling then having ult up, then doing a follow up after and that extra energy is lost. Edit: My bad I read this comment wrong lol

@@eternal2536 lol, yes, his dmg is really low for er rope as a main dps, er rope not recommend unless with Huohuo/quid pro quo to make up the extra energy

Can anyone explain why three stars are counted if Herta is downed?

It's from my pervious run, you can do two separate runs to get 3 stars, one focus on damage, one focus on survivability. My MC's light cone is lvl 50 and I should use her skill more to taunt the money
