My way to deal with the cycle of the glitch is accept because you still get paid for accepting it. I can sit there for 10 15 minutes and just collect the cancel pay. It only happens at curbside. I'm not new enough to not now your thinking. I can't multi app full strength, Just can't drive and look at all those apps driving back. If you can then more power to you. I sit and watch tv while waiting for curbside.
Most of my shopping orders that are cancelled are due to items being out of stock, insufficient quantities, unacceptable substitutions, no substitutions etc Stores often don't have enough staff to re-stock items in a timely manner Unlike multiple customer curbside orders which are often canceled due to being so slow to be picked, packed, staged, accepted, loaded, and delivered, speed is not an issue as I start shopping quickly, and I'm fast at shopping, and bagging Many curbside orders are way behind due to batching One customer with a simple curbside order, easy delivery address, and low mileage is often batched with other large orders, problem delivery addresses, long mileage delivery addresses, ID requirements, code verification requirements etc We'll often see stops removed as they can't move the orders, or customers cancel When customers wait so long they're more likely to remove tips as well
We do our best and our best is good enough😊
