@@Nancytoday Unfortunately no. In the Lesser Antilles. But I have seen the thatched hut on my island. Have you heard about "Tapia Houses" made of mud and clay with coconut branches to cover it?. Extremely beautiful. It's mostly for esthetic purposes now but years ago the elders lived in them.

Do you live in Jamaica? I thatched my tipi like we when I was 17 in Jamaica. Always wanted a thatched hut again!
