300g Yam
50g Wheat Flour 50克 澄面粉
50g Hot Water 50克 热水
½ teaspoon Salt ½茶匙 盐
1 teaspoon Sugar 1茶匙 糖
¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉
¼ teaspoon Five Spice Powder ¼茶匙 五香粉
30g Oil 30克 油
Fillings 馅料 :
100g Minced Pork 100克 肉碎
2 Mushroom, diced 2朵 香菇, 切粒
30g Carrot, diced 30克 萝卜, 切粒
100g Prawn, diced 100克 虾, 切粒
2 Shallot, minced 2粒 小葱头, 切碎
1 Garlic, minced 1粒 蒜头, 切碎
1 Spring Onion, diced 1条 青葱, 切粒
Seasonings 调味料 :
1 teaspoon Oyster Sauce
2 teaspoon Dark Soy Sauce
¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉
½ teaspoon Sugar ½茶匙 糖
¼ teaspoon Five Spice Powder ¼茶匙 五香粉
3 tablespoon Corn Flour 3汤匙 玉米粉
