I get through books so much faster if I listen to them. Reading gets me tired faster. 😂 I think there is a limit of 13 or 15 hours that you can listen to a month but hey it’s still better than nothing.
I love your monthly check ins! I started to track how much wax I have because you talk about it….it really helps! So funny, that I mention Scentsy in your melting video about the lto’s, etc. That’s why I struggle!!! Also love your book reviews, I’m taking notes!!! 😊

Hi Martha! I am behind a bit on watching videos. I’ve had a lot going on , and trying to get through it. I tell you since I discovered Supertarts again , I have been finding myself wanting all the things lol but I have not ordered in June. I alsoreally was very tempted by the swanky pre order but told myself no! The L3 closing situation has been hard! I have to leave the groups so I’m not seeing notifications all the time! I think this weekend I’m going to have my husband help me make a bigger wax basket for the summer! My melting in the last couple of weeks has been slower because I have many days I just haven’t felt up to changing the warmers. Steve suggested to me last night, hey what if he empties them out for me at night and then puts in a new scent In the morning before he leaves for work. So I think we’re gonna try that. I love your ideas of doing different contents through this n no buy! Have you ever done a warmer tour of your home? Have you showed your wax organization set up if not, those would be fun to see. I also project that the teddy bees RTS will be very low for me as well. I may skip it all together. I completely can unhinged during the pre-order. That is so sweet for Steve to offer to help you melt wax. ❤️ He's a keeper. I don't have a habit of going on Facebook regularly so not checking daily helps me be oblivious to what preorders are going on and since I have never purchased from Swanky or Super Tarts are not feeling the pull to order. One day I hope to but I can wait. I go through moods where I feel like I have way too much and don't even want to think of buying more and managing the FOMO when I vendor I love has a preorder. Luckily I'm in that lull but July/August will bring back that temptation. I recorded video of where I store my wax last week. I just need to edit it and upload it. Maybe I'll get to that tonight and post it this week. I shared my Holiday warmers in a vlog sometime last year but I haven't done a tour of my "everyday warmers" and where I have them placed. That will be a great filler videos during the no haul weeks. It's been a popular request as well. Thanks so much for taking time out of your day to watch.

I love audiobooks because I’m someone who is always moving around unless I’m watching tv or at work. I’ve been getting back into my good reading habits of listening to books on my walk. Reading with a physical book for at least 20 minutes a day and it’s been helping. I’ll be sure to include the books I read every month. Thanks so much for watching.
I enjoy empties/what I’ve been warming review style videos more than hauls. Excited to see where the rest of the year takes you and how much wax you get through 😅 it has been fun following everyone that is in the low or no buy recently. We are all drowning in wax and can relate.

ooo I have been super interested in those loop earplugs for over a year but never know which ones to start with. I get super overwhelmed sometimes and it hurts my eardrums when in very large crowds of people all talking at once that I literally want to just run away! And my favorite kind of movies to watch in theaters are action and horror movies but omg the action movies now and I don't know if its just I'm not a teenager or anywhere close to it anymore but it feels like movies audio have increased to 300% especially blasts of explosions etc I have to take those big highlighter colored big earplugs when I go to the movies for the past few years. Please give us an update next month how the other pair work.
I sleep with the Quiet ones sometimes when it's not enough to turn on the AC but I also don't want to hear cars and my fan going. It's not noise canceling which I think is good, but it really helps. I tried the Engage ones when I went to Benihana last Sunday. The restaurant can be very loud and it helped. It reduces the noise for sure and because of it I felt I could hear our waitress a bit better even though her voice was also reduced but muffling the background noise helped. My daughter says I talk a lot softer when I'm wearing them. Next time I go to the movies, I am going to bring them because I agree they can get really loud. I'll continue to test them out.

Hi Martha! I’m playing catch up after being out of town since June 1st. So my melting is way down but I have not brought anything in to my numbers since the 3 bars I kept from the May SOTM kit. My dog sitter loves coming to our house, she loves wax & is a regular customer of mine. She does not typically melt my waxes though. She will melt from the orders she always has waiting here when she gets here. She changes wax for me from my stash when we are coming home. I’m rambling but- my melting is WAY down because of this trip. We can still do it though. I did get through 3 books on this trip though! Wax & books- my passions. I took Scentsy pods & room spray. Our cabin steward on the cruise portion of the trip LOVED the smell of our cabin. Sorry I just wrote you a book. 😂
I need to remember to pack my Scentsy pads. I hate packing and tend to forget. I love that your house sitter gets the love of wax and changes it out for you. Oh my gosh, I love the idea of that Loop! I get really sensitive...well let me be honest...annoyed 🤣with certain background noises like people talking while I'm trying to concentrate or music playing that I don't like. I wonder if it would drown out my husband snoring or pug snores when I dog sit 😁. I'm totally going to check them out. I love chatty Martha so whatever you film, I'm here for it. I'm currently reading The Fourth Wing, it's so good!!

For me when I think about teddy Bee's, yes it's 3 pre orders but then I end up making 6 purchases per year. Which I can't say for any other vendors. So yeah it seems like very limited but also I'm making the most orders with them, if that makes sense. Kinda tricky! 😅
Totally makes sense. I’m warming Springtime in Montana and it’s strong. I want to / need to sprinkle in more Teddy Bees. Especially on days I’m home most of the day. I think the fact that I want to let it cure for about 9 months to a year adds even more complexity to TB because I’m building up stock before I want to use it. Maybe it needs a separate spreadsheet 🤣
@@Martha_FragranceCorner I also let my tb cure for 9 months, mostly a year just for simplicity in the date calculation 😂 I've had good luck in some. Really depends on the blend.

I think a June no buy will be a cinch for me. It's August I'm worried about. I love Fall/Winter scents and have to remind myself that I have more right now that I could possibly use for the coming season.
I don't log samples in my spreadsheet cuz I log as I order and the samples are extra. But I also find myself gravitating towards melting smaller sizes to make a dent faster in my numbers.
Ha ha i told my boss i need a sign when we.go back to the office thats says "dont talk to me because i get distracted and will loose an hour talking about anything!" Lol i need those ear buds.
I have 57 books on my TBR from this year alone. I listen to about 4 book podcasts and sure enough I keep adding books to my list. What I need to do is read my Book of the Month books. I want to but they usually get bumped by a library book or audiobook I have in my queue.
I’m doing a low buy (no buy with the exception of L3) I can totally relate with the direction you’re taking your channel. I’m going to try to make some melting vlogs! I would love to see that from you too! 😊
A know a few people that have that same exception. Totally valid since L3 is closing. As for my channel it’s fun to change it up a little. We all love a variety of things. It’s why I started adding books I’ve read and these check in videos. I never want to be haul, haul, haul. I think of it as a bit of variety without veering too far off fragrance.

I can only talk for so long. 😁 The Maid - predictable but enjoyable. It's a cozy mystery. I finished the second book in two days.

Research says that it takes 25 minutes to get back into the zone after you have been distracted. I believe it
