Do you know if there is a keyboard that takes batteries instead of just recharging? Would like to find one with battery replacement instead of charging 2 devices.
Only thing I know of. Takes two triple AAA. s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_mKsfWtW Just found this amazing item on AliExpress. Check it out! $28.81 30% Off | Rolling & Folding Wireless Keyboard Mini Portable Bluetooth Keyboards with Holder for Universal Tablet PC and Smart Phone
“Crime against humanity” 😂 this video was BRILLIANT, thanks so much, it helped me decide. I can’t believe someone complained about wasting time with the bad keyboards - what if you were going to buy it and checked first? Cheers 🍻
Hello, the F22 Wings is a really nice keyboard and I bought one. No the connector is not proprietary. It's easy to find another charging cable because it’s a common cable for smartwatch around 5$. Choose 7,62mm pin spacing. So the F22 Wings is the clear winner with 210 grammes and a great keyboard for the size. A great combo is possible with a small bluetooth mouse. Best regards.
@@VeryLastDollar honestly I like the case more than the keyboard. The keyboard is kinda makeshift as it's so small. At home I detach it and plug in my full size PC keyboard and mouse instead.
What is the closest keyboard to the QYiiD that has a proper hinge for the iPad? I am often needing to type where I cannot sit a iPad down on a flat area so I need the (laptop)hinge that some of them have. I did like the look of the GreenLaw but wanted to check here first.
Hey VeryLast Dollar, for the #1 keyboard in this review (Qyiid Typing Case) does the keyboard still work while it's detached? This matters for my workflow, thanks!
@@VeryLastDollar Hey my friend. I have one more question. I'm considering how heavy it is to carry the Qyiid Typing case around the house. How much does the case weigh (without the keyboard)? Or what's it like holding up the case only (with iPad inside) while you're on the sofa, for example?
Thanks for the reviews. I'm really not liking the portability size of the iPad Air or the 10 gen iPad. However there are damn near zero good keyboard cases in the iPad mini which makes me just accept settling with the formers. Hopefully the keyboard case that you're recommending works well for me.
When you’re talking about the Typecase one and you mention the premium version of the keyboard, what did you mean by that? Is it a newer version of the Typecase keyboard? and do you have a link to it? Also how would you compare that premium one to for example your top 3 options in this video? Sorry for the many questions haha
Yeah, like an upgrade version of that, it has like four or five different names from different companies. I just try to keep it simple you could say that’s what the type case originally should have been. The trackpad is actually usable and the keyboard is a lot better. The premium one is good, but it doesn’t have the best keyboard compared to the top three the typing would probably be the fourth one of the whole list. It is usable but not really good. The trackpad is really really good though.
Thanks for all your reviews. I also have a keyboard buying problem . I have both the QYiid ones. Got the now track pad one first, now one the track pad one but almost always keep the trackpad off . I enjoy the key better on this one but would love a hybrid of the two Trying to decide whats next on my i don’t need another keyboard list😅
I feel the MS Surface style keyboard cases are the best ones for the iPad mini 6. The magnetic ones don't seem to be a good choice since the magnets are not that strong to begin with... The tablet is not built for such keyboard cases.
@@VeryLastDollar Btw, can we get that Surface-style keyboard case from other than Amazon? My country doesn't support shipping from there. Is it available on eBay or Aliexpress?
Thanks for compiling your reviews! Would you recommend the f22 wings or the greenlaw for a better typing experience? I want the Qyiid that you placed as the best, but it will take too long yo ship and i need a keyboard to get some work done
Software and Website functions that don’t work or is not convenient in touch screen i.e. multiple select drag, you have to long press then select one by one by touch or you’d have to cmd all then deselect the not needed.
Well what you or I want could be dramatically different from what someone else wants. I try to cover every end. I also add timestamps to every one, so people can jump around.
No nonsense review and didn’t waste any time. Kudos sir, well done
wasted the first ≥ half of the video at least so far
Ton of work went into this- thanks so much!
Anytime
Thanks for making such a comprehensive review. It is one of the best review on UA-cam
Thank you
Are these keyboards compatible with the new iPad mini 2024 ?
For another year of usage, which one is the best keyboard for you now ?
They all work. It’s the same as the 6

Thanks brozeph, appreciate you. Gained a fan
Thanks for the support
how's the F22 wings compared to the qyiid?
F22 for portability. Qyiid if for the best keyboard.

what about the greenlaw backlit ones with trackpads?"
I recently got the Microsoft one at 8:49. It’s quality isn’t comparable to the one with hinges but the texture is very nice to feel.
That’s good. How do you like it?
@@VeryLastDollar honestly I like the case more than the keyboard. The keyboard is kinda makeshift as it's so small. At home I detach it and plug in my full size PC keyboard and mouse instead.
@MinhVoLe7 I agree that case is great, love the kickstand.
Thank you. What’s your regular WPM on regular keyboard?
60ish
I cant find the souyoyihi on amazon even when i click the link you attach for it.. how to find it
Great video bro. Appreciate the effort! there's so many random options I wouldn't have known about
Thanks.
Thanks for the reviews, quick question: comparing the nokbabo vs the qyidd (the last one) which one is heavier to carry around?
Qyidd is heavier

One with a hinge is the green law, what I call the premium one for the time, or the doqo are the only ones with a hinge.
Thank you, you saved me so much time and troubleshooting to find a keyboard ♡ the iPad mini is tiny, but I can’t help but love it

@@VeryLastDollar is this video/review still "good"? In other words, is this still all the available options and your personal favorite?
Does the f22wing come with the charger? When you buy it
Yes
I have question is their alt plus tab button for keyboards
I believe some have them.
How is the trackpad on the last case you mentioned?
Overall pretty good.
Hey VeryLast Dollar, for the #1 keyboard in this review (Qyiid Typing Case) does the keyboard still work while it's detached? This matters for my workflow, thanks!
It does. It’s just being held together with magnets.

where can I get the greenlaw one, I can't find it on Amazon even with the link

Can't find the Souyoyihi 360 case... where can I buy
Maybe try the other one from DOQO, it’s the same thing just rebranded
Which case is the best? Looking for a keyboard case. Looking at the typecase. Have you heard of it ?
Hello! Can you still open a "Pop Up View" (fb Messenger, Tiktok, UA-cam) while inside of a gaming app that is landscape mode?
As far as I know, you should be able to, but the multitasking is not like the iPad pros
i have an ipad mini 6 but the accessories, is nothing compared to the surface pro kickstand
True.
is it comfortable typing in a keyboard that small?
Some are better than others

I have the first case and I broke the iPad mini six once whole screen shattered
Oh
I know this kinda late, but the fuwang keyboard is not even connectable it is definitely the worse mobile keyboard ever
I’ll keep that in mind.
I want my first iPad to be mini but refusing to buy it until apple respects customers and comes up with an original keyboard
Maybe foldable ?
Then I’m afraid you’ll be waiting for a loooong time.
It appears to be called FINTIE and not FINITE 😉
why in the frickin world would I want a trackpad for my full touch display
Personal preference. A lot of people want those. Why do people want touchscreen laptops? I personally hate that, other people love them.
