      Yes, but it can be quite stealthy up on the wall especially if it's under a 100" TV but I get your point LOL!

    Thanks Tony
    Now to decide between the LX7 and the new 110 inch Hisense TV built into a false wall to make it all flush or the MX10 behind a 110inch screen and projector. The only issue would be installing the Subs flush using the LX7. Subs aside how do the LX7 compare to the MX10.

    • @BuildMontage
      @BuildMontage  2 місяці тому +1

      I didn’t compare it or test it in my main room. As I showed it’s using similar to Hyperphonix 45 so they are pretty high performance. Mx10 is a different animal but these would work well for a space u need to compensate a little with layout.

    If the same is being made for behind with surroundings left and right with subwoofer in the middle. With all wireless it will be a big game changer i believe. 5.1.

    That actually big enough to get true stereo separation

    • @BuildMontage
      @BuildMontage  2 місяці тому

      It's 100" wide, so it's right up there with the biggest soundbars in existance - however, yes I believe there is enough for channel separation. As I said in my video... sounds I heard from the left came from the left etc... It's not without compromises but if you understand the use case, it is brilliant!

    Hey, I hate to use this video to comment on an older video you did, but I and all the other commenters of the video titled "STREAMING BOX or DEDICATED PLAYER?- Best For Movies?” Nvidia Shield or Zidoo Z9X // Home Theater" would love to see how you ripped your media and loaded it to be viewed by your players. Thank you! :D

      Heya, thanks for the msg however, I received legal advice suggesting it wasn't a great idea to show people how to do it as in some countries it is considered illegal. There are other videos from Twoguystech - if you look them up, Logan does an awesome job showing how to do it.

      @BuildMontage  2 місяці тому +1

      There is definitely a difference, just not as much as I would have thought. The Trio is beefier and slightly better channel separation as I have them wider apart but what you lose in floor space you don't lose in audio quality.

      For that it would require a built in amplifier, DAC, dsp etc which would make it a totally different product. The idea for this is to have proper speakers which can be driver my your receiver or processor. But I get your sentiment for sure :)

    That room is crying out for a rug or carpet in front of those speakers, does wonders for sound having carpet in a room, too many Echoes on hard floors.

    • @BuildMontage
      @BuildMontage  2 місяці тому

      It won't make any difference - the sound is fine - this room is a living room and I've had rugs there before, but it's completely open all the way almost to the hallway, sharing a kitchen and dining room. I have two other rooms one of them is a dedicated room with a lot of acoustic treatment. This room doesn't need any of that to be quite honest as it's meant as a casual space to watch TV or UA-cam, or mainly for me watching sports.
