- Joe Biden was blasted online after appearing an hour late to his press conference and stating he was not taking any questions.
Biden took the chance during the press conference to announce the Senate had passed a $95.34 billion aid package for Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan.
The 81-year-old president appeared angry and confused as he criticised the Republican party and repeatedly said, “History is watching,” three times.
Biden concluded his press conference by saying he was taking questions later, despite saying he was not too at the start of the conference, before shuffling away.
Special Counsel Robert Hur’s damning report on Joe Biden’s mental acuity, which suggested Biden had “diminished faculties," led to scrutiny of the president.
President Biden attempted to quash fears over his diminished mental capabilities with a press conference but only worsened the situation by acting aggressively towards reporters.
During a White House press conference on Tuesday, Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre revealed, “It was the president's idea.”
“He believes he did the right thing. It was important, we believe, for the American people to hear directly from the president in a forceful way,” she said.

To be declared incompetent to stand trial a medical expert would have to examine him to determine 2 things, is he able to understand the charges against him and assist in his defense. The special counsel was obviously collaborating with Biden's DOJ to drop charges. They knew that lack of evidence would not work as a reason for dropping charges, so they devised this ridiculous, poor memory thing. Special counsel Hur is not a medical expert, and not qualified to do a medical evaluation. If he has the mental faculties to run for president, then he should be indicted for his crimes. If he does have dementia, then he should be removed from office and not allowed to run. It would probably be best if they don't remove him though, because he is gonna be super easy for Trump to beat. I saw a chronological compilation of videos of Biden through the years. I was stunned by his deterioration between 20-22. I would suggest that he had some sort of stroke or a series of TIA's sometime in that period and has drastically deteriorated from then. If I was his family doctor, I would have taken his drivers license away at that point. He needs to be sipping ice tea on a porch somewhere. This is elder abuse.
