is boxabl not just a glorified mobile home? there's certainly nothing wrong with manufactured houses, but they're treating it as revolutionary when it's the same cost, just with hip marketing. Reminds me of how ppl think convection ovens are "old and cheap", when everyone in recent years went out to buy a "hip and cool" air fryer. literally the same thing in a different package
I think that it's a similar idea. Looks more like a typical home, though, and it seems like they're more targeted at people who might want another dwelling on their property.
